It looks like BGF Investment Management Limited are increasing their holding here. A shame they simply didn’t buy direct from calculus? Did I read this correctly from today’s RNSs, perhaps they did. Not to bothered about the supported market cap, when fda, who and sales revenues come in this discounted level will be left behind. £3 target in June realistic??
Just to follow up on my earlier post re Rylands. He had 4.29% holding two weeks ago. 1,494,246 shares. The rns today confirms he now has 1,686,603 shares which is 3.76% of the enlarged share capital. He has therefore added 192,357 shares in the last two weeks.
Agree, some are loading up and those two know the company better than others
If I am reading it correctly Spreadex have gone from 1,627,283 to 2,647,334.
Calculus appear to have shed exactly 600,000 since their prior notification.
Calculus seem to be the only ones really selling
If the 6M sales come in in June and the order book is such that they'll be making and selling at least another 6M, then that's revenue of £96M - note we don't yet know the splits between Cytiva and distributors - but just to keep it simple.
At a sp of £3 that's only a £135M mcap, so the numbers don't stack up, particularly when you also then take into account the large potential future revenue streams of HCV-ID and AIHL.
My target is £4-£4.50 by mid-july (up to £200M mcap). If it achieves that then or sooner then I will be very happy :-)
@scart that seems achievable based on your sales calculation, time will tell, looking forward to this journey!
The BGF update shows they have another 1,562,500 shares which sounds like the number they were applying for in the placing. Hopefully no more selling now from them.
It seems clear that despite the great potential here to move the SP up we need the II’s to finish selling. If it’s only Calculus now and the others are happy with their lots then hopefully not long to go now.
@investforthelt nice one, thanks for the summary of the TR1s. Given calculus are our biggest shareholder at just over 5M shares let’s hope they’re done selling!
The dream would be £5.78 to be exact to give me a lovely round number to sell out at. Within the next 2 months please. Hopefully the oilies are still struggling at that time!
@magsy I’ll take that too! Maybe not the oilies though, unless you have some solid tips - been burned by them before!

We'll find out Monday. like today, it was easy to see the SP was being held by background sells. If it drops, i will def top up. ALL this iis know where this one is going.
I got exceptionally lucky with GKP like 12 years or so ago and I have had no luck with oilies since then! My bottom has been ignited by them several times too.
If john Ryland is increasing his stake that is very significant he was one of the original investors when epistem/genedrive was launched and has held his stake since.
Nice of them to offer him shares in the placing, bit of respect for their biggest cheerers
Magsy, did you frequent the iii board with GKP?
I was definitely on the iii board at some point during gkp but not at the start. Got in 2009 and then got out in 2012 when it went ballistic. I was in Thailand at the time and the guy who gave me the tip messaged me. Thank god they had an Internet cafe!
GKP was one of my first ever share purchases 12 years ago when I first got into this game. I frequented the iii board at the time, I bought at 11p and sold at 17p, I thought I was the next Warren Buffet - oops! lol.
John Ryland is our former finance director for over 10 years, retired in 2017
Once last seller gone and website updated, be interesting to compare then and now shareholdings
Yep, was one of my first shares too. I got in around the same sort of price as you and more or less held all the way. Ended up 23 bagging. Was just blind luck, none of my AIM investments have come close since.
Not sure if god or bad but nice to hear from some early GKP investors.
Was in around 2009 too & thought it would be my ' tomorrow Rodders' play but little did I know. Add Range Resources to that and £20k ISA down the pan & a wife who still remembers !!
10 + years later & I have finally sold the GKP shares and decided to ride the Pharma wave .. try at least. So far so good.
Good luck to all those who are positive
I was in GKP at £1 watched it go all the way part £2,£3 and just above £4 and then sold out at about £2 on the way down again. There were some seriously good rampers on that forum I can remember some of the names but will not mention them. So many well written posts about takeovers and so forth, it even made it into a Sunday papers on the back of the rumours.
Range resources was also one of mine too. Beacon hill resources too.
To be honest, I completely forgot GKP was still going. Wonder how Mr. Kozel is getting on!
