Tell ya what's cancelled, futura's xmas card. In my portfolio, it is only FUM sporting a red floppy today and so far this month. What gives?
I thought High Co were cancelled because they said they couldn't deliver.
Which at the time I thought this was reasonable, as China was in lockdown and had went on to have the longest lockdown in the world.
During that lockdown there was very strict import/export regulations and also strict movement of people.
Resulting in very little trade being done and hence the contract being cancelled.
This is all from my jaded memory.
DYO
I'll be.pleased to be corrected and learn something new on this.
I noticed in the interims that FUM stated that they had “recently “ terminated their contract with High Co ( another failed relationship negotiated by JB)We don’t know how recently. I think FUM tried to bury this development. It surely justified a stand alone RNS before the interims.
Be that as it is.
I still think that High Co have been selling since the cancellation of the contract. Is it possible that there was a term of the original agreement that they would not trade the shares during the currency of the contract, subject to a release clause?
If my theory is correct we will just have to wait for the completion of the offload.
The share price has no relation to the very positive news over recent months.
Thoughts!
Then I blinked !!!
WHAT is happening?
Actually no, I don't think he is as he has a different writing style. But he's definitely a stock basher, as you'll see if you read back through some of his old posts. Whilst his question to the arch- ramper Ananda was perfectly valid, that's exactly how these bashers work, getting their feet under the table with seemingly inoffensive posts to start with. NicName obviously thinks that two years is enough time for people to have forgotten about him, but he's wrong.
Do you really think that NicName is Liam Booth Bucolic? I thought it was a perfectly reasonable question to ask a poster who is happy to tell all about his personal usage of this product. Whether he is Liam Booth or not I was keen to know the answer to the question put by NicName.
"At least I know it worked well for me".
So you told us in glorious graphic detail Ahananda but you have now gone all shy and not answered NicName's question at 9.53am this morning (Monday 26th).
I see that old ID, NicName, has been dusted off again. Just like most bashers, he's started off with an innocuous question. He just asked Ah! Ananda: 'As you seem comfortable "talking about an ED product and (your) experiences using the product" Ahananda, would you mind saying if you are using it as someone suffering from erectile disfunction so we can appreciate the complete picture? (An rough indication of age and circumstance may also help with understanding.)'
Thank you for your feedback.' All very innocent looking until you scroll back to late 2021 when NicName was all over the board with his negative stock bashing. Here's a very mild one:

RE: Eroxon - Coming soon11 Nov 2021 03:07
"my love for Eroxon will get even firmer with spectacular sales"
Unlike the majority of ED sufferers members to which it is applied, I fear.'
Looks like NicNack has already made his mind up!
No dismissing at all intended.
But at the moment it is not publically stated or known who the manufacturer/supplier will before the Usa launch only by Futura and Haleon.
Even Trinity as stated don't know!
Frustration is understood.
But, it was being assumed a Usa deal would not happen till next Yr not long ago!
It may get to market in Usa next Yr 2024 ,not 2025??
I am assuming/hoping a lot of Boots and elsewhere sales are now repeats? ( Market niche attained)(with advertising eased off0
You are aware James Barder stated that Futura had immediately received the £3.2m from Haleon?
Next stage is a massive next leg and could be a big one if confirmed positive fwd projections are established.
I still feel very positive. Best place company has ever been in. I.m.o
Regards
Darky- I agree FUM will be in a better position manufacturing it themselves long term, but there are also many risks still involved & costs gettin it to market. Just trying to get my head round the share price plummeting, and IMO it’s due to the delay in gettin Eroxon to US market until 2025.
Not sure if you have noticed DaD but the leadership team have delivered a market changing product in the ED space. Approved that product with multiple regulatory bodies. And are now in a program of regional rollout and comercialisation. Revenues are already supporting the organisation with full profitability on the horizon.
Success after success, with much more to come as comercialisation advances. Pay rises are justified IMO.
I believe your comment, and the 4 likers, show lack of understanding of what's been achieved, and of time to market and comercialisation on a global basis.
Time will prove one of us right, but I won't be getting in a tiz in the near term. Good luck.
As soon as I had left a 5 start review a 1 star review appeared.
This confirms to me that a highly orchestrated smear campaign has been ongoing.Possibly paid for by the incumbents wanting to protect their market share. It could also be being paid for by shorts that have taken the price down from the 60's to the 30's.
All rather disturbing.
At least I know it worked well for me
Just my take! And I believe Futura pulled the plug on High Co due to non key performance contract obligation by High Co. So I see that as a positive. (lessons learned}
Sp.?
Happens as standard in general. Not unusual. When more launches and repeat clients are established?confirmed? Diff position.
I.m.o
Regards
And if Haleon do indeed prove to be responsible for manufacture/supply.
Then Trinity see that as a big plus!
The key performance obligation I interpret are more on Haleons shoulders?
Extract from article??? So much for it not stating that!!
Trinity Delta’s statement in July stated that Haleon were in charge of manufacturing
With respect. It does not state that.
As it was never stated the 200000 sales were within Q2
Darky- The key performance obligation is taken from FUM’s recent financial RNS, which may explain why the SP has suffered since!
Extract from article??? So much for it not stating that!! “Futura will provide ongoing technical support there is no mention of its involvement in MED3000 manufacture and supply in contrast to the deals for other markets (eg Cooper Health May 2022). This suggests Futura will not have to manage the US supply chain, a costly and time-consuming exercise for a small (relatively) company.”
I.m.o.
No I have never interpreted that Trinity write up in your manner at all.
It does not state that at all.
Trinity Delta’s statement in July stated that Haleon were in charge of manufacturing. But it appears from RNS that FUM are controlling manufacturing?https://www.futuramedical.com/media/2366/futura-medical-lighthouse-230717.pdf
I have some concern about the statement below as FUM must meet I’m guessing manufacturing targets, which to me means Haleon will be slow to market as waiting for FUM & not going to plough money in until those targets are confirmed! May also be reason for SP position as not a done deal!
‘’The key performance obligation, which is expected to be met in 2024, will materially cause all of the £3.2 million to be recognised as revenue at that point in time on the Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income.’’ Does this seem correct? or am I wrong?
CFO has managed to raise directors wages from £500k to £1.2mill in a few years, what a job she is doing!!! As well as give herself a hefty salary as well. Plus shares on top Jesus Christ!! Disgrace
I wrote to James Barder last week making some suggestions as to why the market has punished our share price at a time that most would reasonably expect it to be flying with new investors coming onboard. I suggested that they also need a more experience Finance Director who can develop strong relationships with institutions and brokers and that the company need to up their game in getting the message out as well as more clarity on financials within the bounds of what is allowed under forward looking statements etc. Barder appears to have simply passed my email to Optimum Cumminications who provided a totally anodyne reply and referred me to the company’s website and future RNS’s. This is what I mean about amateur. At some point this will move ahead probably with US launch and more granular sales data whenever that is announced but I am starting to question whether we have the people with the requisite skills to make the most of what they have created so far. That will limit my investment to what is a decent sum already invested but without the CEO and CFO of the right calibre Futura may not deliver its full potential which would be a travesty IMO.
You would not think that Cinema going can be related to erectile dysfunction would you.
Well in American the company that produced Equaliser 3 has released there lates movie and it was done so digitally. USA sales are about $150,000,000. Yet the rest of the world is about £30,000,000 million. So the USA is the biggest market and outside the USA earning are not as good.
Erexxon sales maybe low at the moment but this is not an issue. Wait until USA is in production and sales will take off and so will our income. Watch for news on USA distribution and soon as that is announced watch this spike. Expect a minimum of x10 - x20 present sales.
Our sales of our special hardening gel is not going to be that much difference from cinema going. USA is key for our uplift. (forgive the pun)
Shortly USA news will give us an a good rise and I expect a hardening of our share price. Expect vertical movement on news.
As you seem comfortable "talking about an ED product and (your) experiences using the product" Ahananda, would you mind saying if you are using it as someone suffering from erectile disfunction so we can appreciate the complete picture? (An rough indication of age and circumstance may also help with understanding.)
Thank you for your feedback.
I imagine it is more of a numbers game than a margin game.just my opinion.
