Quick response due to our discussion monitoring.?
o.k. that is a crystal clear response that probs requires official Rns.
But I am still of the opinion Futura is still the legal manufacturing license owner.
Also todays Rns only applies to England and Wales. Not Scotland and N.Ireland yet.
Sushi.
We never did get the trial result for prescrip original only sales. This is a diff product{original placebo in the trial]
Sushi
You may well end up correct. But as we speak Futura retains the Legal manufacturer entity. On that point the buck stops with them. I think it always will myself for a reason? Safety in the supply chain to market. That was part of the Eu Uk approval in my mind. But the penny is dropping a bit now. 52p next challenge
Stop squabling ahananda. make millions!
Sushi.
Agree on some of your sentiments for sure.
But the Cooper/Nhs viewpoint. Totally disagree.
So I will agree to disagree respectfully for sure on that

Darky
Free prescription start from 1 sec old in Wales?
So as per approval terms !8 yrs old?
Ha ha must be you! ??
I only comment on my opinions of what i see as facts or my bets..
Who are you squabbling with Ahanada?
Cooper dont get involved in manufacture. Futura do! Cooper give orders only to Futura. Futura arranges manufacture at said request. Cooper pay Futura per item. Whether they sell or not.
Respectfully you haven't read the official Rns since Cooper and others deals.
Nah don't agree.
Cooper don't have the right to manufacture. Only to distribute for O.T.C.
Futura do.
Nice would require a fully safe certified traceable certified pathway from manufacturer to pharmacies with the legal owner owner of that supply.
And Futura be it i.m.o.
SAFETY!
Prescriptions are not O.T.C.?
Therefore my bet Futura supplier via manufacturer.
Independent deal to O.T.C.?
I stand and await to be corrected?
If I have it wrong then i am wrong.
I only ever try to digest actual factual company info and try to also read between the lines.
Buff and others
original deal and recently extended unchanged one
Futura Medical plc has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with over the counter (OTC) distributor Cooper Consumer Health SAS to commercialize its topical, gel-based erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment Med3000, in the U.K. and Europe. Under the terms of the agreement, Cooper will pay an undisclosed price to Futura to manufacture and supply the product for five years, in compliance with EU competition law
Note...O.T.C.
I take that to not Inc National prescribing institutions
Buff my wish as well.
but I consider 100% to be a similar supply price as to Coopers
donkey
a guess of reply?
Deal of supply price with NICE. No commercially prudent to make public
jet
Yes O.T.C
Futura has 2 manufacturers!
Are you all new to the party?
With respect go on Futura website and read all info from since Cooper deal Inc other.
You don't get your can of beans from your supermarket for the supply price to the distributor or end seller!
The penny hasn't dropped yet its only half way down the slot for me.
Lets see what Liberum and Trinity Delta have to say?
Regards
Darky
Buffalo
Why?
donkey
100% would be supply price to Coopers for me.
I would also guess Coopers nothing to do with this only Futura as not an O.T.C.
Quick initial thoughts
1.massive validation of the product. Cant just decide that Nice allows for prescription for Nhs. Massive achievement
2.Ongoing publicity / awareness and free advertising.
3. Repeat orders more probable.
4.Sales increase
5.Positive territory approval extra plus
6.Milestone payments maybe?
7.I think a big miss people have let float over them. Futura don't get the RRP. Get agreed supply price to distributor.
Probably actually the same £ received or more than current distributors.
8. Permanent stocking by outlets.
= 48p
To test 52p then 55p!
Well done B.O.D. They have done very well and established a great base position to drive fwd now.
Haleon plc secured as distribution partner for the US and $4 million upfront payment received which will be recognised in FY24
Note...WHICH WILL
Upto today (it was from memory if certain performance contracted conditions were met by Haleon) ......Excellent!
20% of market! That is within a UK market where other ED treatments are available also!
Logic indicates that elsewhere whereby Eroxon will be the only O.T.C. product it should well exceed that 20% catchment by far (the biggest one the U.s,a.)...Excellent!
Consequently...Milestone payment triggers reached quicker. Excellent!
As forecast.
I think those left in the stalls now have been left out of the race for good. They have missed the boats journey now for me.
But as I said, read between the lines!
Immediate thoughts sprung up based on specific statements in the 2 R.n.s prior to market opening rightly or wrongly.
I shall share my thoughts later.
There you go!
dactions. I think the confirmed sales and market (can be fwd anticipated in current and future launch markets now) is the start of the blue touch paper ignition.
Reality check!
This will tread water until
1. A major announcement is made to the market or
2. The market is able to look ahead at sales and estimate potential profits going forward
3 . No Company gives a running weekly commentary that is not how it works at all
4. Supply issues mentioned??? WHY? D.y.o.r ( Great sales ongoing, In stock at both Amazon and Boots online. Boots store checker shows freely in stock in stores!
5. Second manufacturer already done with possible 3rd.
6. Tv advertising across numerous channels
7. Main distributor re agrees contract term to get max eu 5 yrs allowed
8.Usa launch possible at any point
9.Most importantly Full Yr R will enable the fwd profit visions for the market
I personally dont see the B.o.d negative comments for the sake of them. I think they have done a very Good job last couple of yrs
!0. L.O. took warrants at 40p
!1. So my take? Wait for a majorblue touchpaper R.n.s. or Full yr R. Not long
to wait!
