Dave
That has crossed my mind
Oh…. You had to bring the Xmas SP up didn’t you!
Cheap shot, but brings in mind happier times. Until the rug got pulled from under us.
Not so - Ho Ho Ho - that Xmas was it?
It would be an extraordinary change of fortune for us PIs if we did finally get some reward for backing tlhis dogs mess of a Company.
I can't see it happening somehow. We have two desperate people fighting over a carcass just to prove they are they are better than the other. Neither have any creditability at all.
Just as a by the way comment, RR =Zm? No way, he was just more deluded than the rest of us and couldn't face up to the facts.
Shame, and I hope he's OK.
Yes Bedex, I also feel it would be some turnaround to see anything worthwhile return to us PI’s
But there is still a outside chance, however unlikely.
Kenco, puy me down for 1.2p lol
Oh dear…
You lot never going to let me live this down are ya?
put me down for a minus figure as stevie babe will be looking to his long lost band of loyal shareholders for a fundraise to kick off operations in georgia again by xmas
thanks for concern coggy yes paper was making me sore but back on the andrex now
linandy1 - in the same way the message from MontiBurns triggered a memory from the Exhibits, your message did as well.
This is the last letter we got to see (Exhibit 34) from SN to GOGC -
"Extension: In accordance with Article 5(2) of the PSC, please accept and treat this letter as our preliminary request to extend the term of the PSC and Mineral License for additional 5 years in accordance with the provisions of the PSC. We will shortly provide a formal request on extension of the term with all the necessary information and documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions set under the PSC.
In closing, as I have referenced in prior communications, Frontera has prepared itself for continued significant investment in Georgia in the post-COVID-19 environment. Specifically, our US-based banking relationships have secured a US$100 million financial facility for our continued investments in Block 12. This will bring renewed employment in Georgia, increased oil and gas production from the Kakheti region as well as a positive renewal of our partnership with GOGC/SAOG. We sincerely wish to assist and address any and all outstanding issues that may exist such that we can once again become a model for US/Georgia private sector relations."
We didn't get to see how the GOGC responded to that or what has happened between End April (date of the letter) and the recent positive comments made by both sides.
On the current PSA, the same letter also states -
"...we rightfully expect that the referred period 19 March 2020 until today will be added to the term of the PSC and accordingly the expiry date of the initial term of the PSC will be extended until force majeure is lifted, instead of 25 June 2022"
Looed everyone here appreciates the posts and info you add, its been a long few years here for most my first tranch back in may 2011

Lin - Bah humbug lol
I get knocked down, but I get up again. You aint never gonna keep me down. Hmmm, feel a song coming on.
Agree with you, the King of the Wild Negativeers is very quite lately, some would say too quite!
Finally, for my twopenneth, fully agree with what Monti on the Bonty said about Looed and all his efforts. His presence has been the best thing to happen to this board in the last two years. Well that and Rainbows daily contributions as well.

Hopefully we will all have the last laugh here because one things for sure - ZM isn't smiling anymore!
Chances on Frr coming back from the dead are looking more promising then they have had since delisting.
Overall though they still have work to do to complete being a fully functional company again.
Arsenal, by the time this lots up and running again, we'll be in the Chelsea pensioners.
So here’s the question....
Let’s imagine that FRR are allowed to resume their activities in Georgia, with say the US $100 million investment from outside sources. We’d have to presume that this investor has seen what we’ve got in the ground and knows they should get their money back and more. Let’s also assume that the licence is extended by at least 5 years in the short term, plus the time for the Covid break, with the potential for say a 20 year extension if things go well. All arbitration issues will have gone, and presumably Outrider and YA are both sorted, either by paying them off or simply from the knowledge that we have legally dealt with them via the courts. We will need to pay the employees what they are owed, and assume that ZM is moved out of the way completely and permanently.
Under all these scenarios (however unlikely), what might FRR now be worth? Clearly more than the 0.3 pence per share that we were deemed to be worth when many of the above issues were known to us all. But how much more?
In the short term of course we shareholders would still be unlikely to realise that value, but should we relist or should we be subject to a buyout/takeover then maybe, just maybe....
WHamBoy: you've laid down the invite and I can imagine Madp reaching for the calculator with the extra digit display as I type ;).
You don’t tell a Judge you have $100m of funding unless you have a $100m of funding !
GLA
Coggy
Thought you had already pre booked.
Lol
Enjoy

On what Frr are worth I would think as previously mentioned they would have to prove up a good % of what they claim to have discovered of which will take time & on that we all would hope that it would not be too much.
On the not paying of employees that is likely mostly if not all down to ZM trying to cause more problems for Frr & increasing his chances of taking over.
'Arsenal, by the time this lots up and running again, we'll be in the Chelsea pensioners.'
Coggy - You won't, you'll be in Woolworths!
On last part it is looking like Frr have his measure & let's hope that continues.
