Given Frr and the AIM set up a lot of thought during the past decade. Why would a USA based Company operating in an Easter European country chose to float on a UK stock market?

Well the answer is quite simple and despite realising why I continued to put my faith in FRR and several other start ups ( to a lesser degree)

AIM really is a poorly regulated casino and a magnet for the unscrupulous chancers to make money at the expense of us, the great unwashed. Not every Company but the vast majority do.

Hopefully this is on the bucket list for someone in authority to act and clean up but in the meantime punters are taken to the cleaners on a daily basis.

Nobody likes to be told that they could be in the wrong place with their investments but I've come to the conclusion that AIM really is only for the day traders and pumpers and dumpers not for investors.

McNol do you know anything at all about the history of Bloe? Peeps have been posting for years ""RNs due"",News due, Need to get this on the radar etc.

But nothing has ever happened , it's has always been a jam tomorrow Company with PIs money being diluted by the greedy BoD helping themselves to millions of free shares.

Thanks for the correction Hepseal I had missed the concession to the IIs however PH & Co. are still in a much healthier position than you PIs.

Regarding salary sacrifice it would seem that you think PH could actually command an even greater salary had he not opted for the free shares.

As far as I remember PH has only ever paid for shares once and that when the Scottish contingent were offering a free forensic investigation into how Bloe was being run. The rest of his shares have been via "salary sacrifice " and his initial allocation at launch "for services rendered " to Pluto's (whoever they are and what services?)

Finally I hope you and others who have retained your faith in this Company do get suitably rewarded.My issue is with the way PH has feathered his nest in the meantime.

How many times does this happen? Across the whole range of businesses from the enormous to the tiniest, someone tries to emulate a parent and fails miserably because they've neither the need or the drive to complete the task.

This is an example of a privileged kid taking their eye off the ball when it was most needed.

Not a single word of apology, nor anything else for that matter.

Shame, especially for those who put everything in in good faith.

I am certain . Confronted him with my suspicions and asked him to admit or deny using fof information. He refused to answer a simple yes or no question but waffled about fof no longer being relevant and that he had had no contact with the admin. for years.

So do I have better things to do. Every evening when I check on the shares I hold or am interested in I get to this one and see that I am being goaded by a clown.

Despite my post saying our differences would be best left alone instead of clogging up this board Isee I am being referenced several times a day even though I have not been involved. The guy has a problem and won't back off .

I have my own well known opinion of PH and will not be bullied out of that. Nor do I wish to post that every day

To be fair I have an issue withe this individual who now posts under a different name ( more than 1 in fact)

I wondered how he was getting the name I used . It didn't take much to discover as he posted he had checked on another poster who he had issues with and said he knew he had joined the shareholder group but little else.

Not sure but I would guess that information was given away some time ago in misguided good faith but is now being referred to.

I think that whoever released the info.was taken in by a plausible reason given by the individual concerned at that time and wouldn't have had idea that it could go wrong. Nevertheless it should not have been given without consulting members of fof first.

No ODR, nothing that can do any damage imo. The info. is very limited but has been used in a childish jeering type of way about losing money.which I find very strange considering the individual concerned claimed to be a frr shareholder. I have also been referred to by a name I used on my old email address .

None of that bothers me, I posted details of the number of shares I held during various discussions on the BB. What I am cross about is that the info. appears to have e been obtained by someone when we were assured that it was and would remain confidential.

He's not a brgmg any more either.

Info given requested was number of shares validated by screenshot of your share certificate or broker statement.. other details should have been deleted by you. Sent by email so your address then would be known. No bank or financial details .

What is annoying me is that it seems it was requested and released to a fellow shareholder who uses it to check how many shares you hold and has your then known email address.
