If and a big if they are issuing shares then they must have convinced those parties that the Company has a future ?.? Otherwise they would be worth zilch

Is what both PANR/88E need to develop the assets in all fields , seems like the oil and gas is in plentiful supply , just needs a big boys money to get this whole project getting some speed up. Come on big boys buy up all the licenses whilst its cheap.

Time for the Company to speak up and clarify a few points , especially how this is great for shareholders ? My holding is looking really sad and costly so please explain....soonest .

My thinking is that working with one investor means they are the most suitable one and are now concluding agreements etc , mentioned I believe of possibly going back to others if need be. I take this as a positive and hopefully an announcement soon confirming partnerships. Fingers crossed GLA

They may have borrowed the shares to cover the short unless it was a short CFD , guess only they would know that.

Don't think I would have much say in it. For the experts what would you think a suitable offer would be now and the unkown future , taking into account the funding required currently and the potential deal with the alaskan gov? It all looks great at the moment , but for me been kicked in the face too often and let down , hopefully not in this case.

Hi not really mad just short of time and was stating from personal perspective , I am sure you are right but the timeline of that being achieved I am guessing I wont be around , thus just looking for the short term achievable profit , of course hope everybody else makes lots more over time.
