I think MM's normally keep a flat book on AIM shares as the risk is too great to hold a large position , therefore it is most likely market forces of buyers v sellers that will drive the price either way as per norm , don't think there's any games being played. Instead of issuing more shares to fund testing I believe a Farm-In would be our best option to keep dilution to a minimum , better to have a share of spoils rather than nothing imo. If they have come to some sort of agreement at last then I would have hoped that Hope has agreed to take shares (Zaza's if possible) then think there would be more of a chance of it coming back to market , so long as he does not have a majority shareholding. If he then has a buyer then would hope we all gain from it whatever the price per share ? Just a thought.

Keep the recordings may come in handy in the court cases if we knew which one it may apply too.

Looking good reckon the cash raise shares will be dumped quite quickly at this rate , the book must be closed now and shares allocated and thus pre sold. Is it time to pick up cheap shares in the hope of steady climb now??

I would just be happy if they come back to market with a plan ,then anything could happen and we can all choose to stay and ride it or leave. Personally would sell half to get some money back and hope Company start to perform and realise the so called potential and empty that box.
