I appreciate things may be at a very delicate stage but still think they could say something at a high level? my god we deserve it after all the support we have given them. Sorry to repeat myself , but when the company delisted shares certs were sent out to all registered holders that had not already been sent, ie if you were a certificated holder then you should already have your cert , if you were part of the nominee account then your broker will have a consolidated cert for all holders, this is where your holding is held and probably by the corporate actions department. No individual certs can be issued. If and a big if we ever realist the new registrar will create holdings to match the final register that brokers will have reconcile to. If you have lost your cert or never received one then probably any new registrar will be able to supply one if we ever realist , but at a cost , probably about £30 for replacement cert , guess most registrars will have different costs.
