Posted a few times now , on delisting anyone in a nominee, a cert will be sent to your broker for all holders in that nominee , those that hold a certificate account should already have a cert. Do not let your broker tell you otherwise , it would probably be held by the corporate actions dept.

DW leaving cos he already knows if this drill is a success a major will be bidding for the company lock stock , one that he's happy to do a deal with and leave with pockets full of cash , seems like stakes already being built to make sure bid is a done deal as and when it happens......soon.

Sharply if you bought through HL using their nominee then your shares are safe and reconciled internally with Hl. If you had a certificate and have lost it then it’s another matter , but you will still be on the last company register before it delisted. Frr should have you listed so don’t worry.
