If you were a cert holder rather than a nominee account then you should already have a cert , certs were sent out to all nominee accounts ie Barclays/ Halifax etc etc. Your purchases through your broker are proof. Check with your nominee broker and they will confirm they have certs for the entire nominee holding but have no facility of splitting them to issue to each and every holder. Should we ever relist said certs will be sent to new Registrar To create new register. Should be clear to all , happy to reply on any questions.gla

I think its all smoke and mirrors from the Russian backed Government , this is all just a time waste and don't believe they will compromise at all, or least nothing much offered in exchange for lots. Seems like the Russian influence (Bidzina Ivanishvili) is winning the war against the USA influence and future potential investment in Georgia will soon be declining at this rate of cooperation.
