Looed: by all means send it to the Zaza/FRR but we know that will be a waste of time, however as Mole alluded to, sending it to a pro FRR political lobbyist or politician (US) is a different matter. But I would definitely not send it to anyone in Georgia until after the elections. If "we win" we might decide that the letter is not required.
StarRage - You posted 'You joined this bulletin board after the delist. March 2019. How come you are now vocal for Frontera when you never posted whilst we were listed?' about EkXoc. Yet as you agree on many things with Looed, you don't question the fact that Looed joined months after Ekxoc on 6th August 2019 and posted less than 60 posts on FRR prior to this year, but has now posted almost 1660 posts on FRR this year in 9 months. It doesn't seem logical to spend so much time on a share , especially after not posting even once prior to del-isting or even in the first six months after de-listing. Yet you query EkXoc who has only posted 403 posts on FRR in 18 months. Is that because EkXoc is totally positive and is against contacting Zaza and journalists, as it could be detrimental to FRR?
To clarify - the document wont be sent to a reporter. It will first be sent to Zaza / the company allowing for a reasonable time for some form of response.
we ve all been hoodwink for years and by the looks of it its still the case
best time to get response from zaza
Like the letter Looed and initially thought "Yes lets do this", however on reflection it is probably wise to have a cooling off period over the weekend and take stock....then decide to not send it :-)
The problem with sending this to any reporter is that you lose control of the initial intent, i.e what slant will they give it?
My gut feeling is to err on the side of caution and send it the day after the election and only after the results are known.
IMHO it is utterly ludicrous to do this now. There's only 42 days until the election and I would be happy for Looed to send the letter the day after the election, but not before. If Zaza responds, then it shows a clear path to submit a summons and if he doesn't then the shareholder story will benefit the GD. It is possible that the court cases in NY and Texas are both held up due to ZM and SN both being unobtainable. Once the election has taken place, there is a very realistic chance of the PSA being extended past 2027 with the GD removed, paving the way for a deal. Therefore, even if ZM and SN are then exposed by our contact, with a possible deal in the offing, any pressure from the US courts could be dealt with IMHO. IMHO ZM and SN did not go incommunicado for nothing (see posts from last November below).

Thanks, MadP. So an orchestrated blocking tactic. Tim deleting Zaza’s phone number did seem weird. Let’s hope all this chicanery works and we don’t find ourselves outplayed by bigger forces.

Zen - I forgot to add that to the list.
1) ZM and SN are both presumably still unobtainable in Georgia.
2) ZM and SN are both no longer on the Atlantic Council.
3) LB no longer works for FRR.
4)LB is no longer Chair of AmCham's Energy, Mining and Utilities Committee.
5) FRR no longer have legal representation in the arbitration.
6) FRR no longer have legal representation in the Californian case.
7) Tim Thompson no longer acts as PR for FRR through either YJ or Flagstaff and has deleted Zaza's phone number.
8) FRR's website is suspended.
9) FRR has changed their registered address in Texas.

ODR hence my very serious comment that those who believe in the political angle to this should be looking to email the US embassy in London and Georgia as a start to politely ask them if they have a means to gee up our leadership due to the potential consequences of the company carrying on its current course. I would hit them first we some pointed and targetted mails plus the senators and lobbyists who have taken money if we can find them. Hopefully the message will then start to filter back.
I am 100% convinced emailing, calling, posting is a waste of time to the company now.
They will not respond to a probing journalist - the one from Houston Chronicle Steve seemed to totally not understand anything other than his stock it will be alright after the next drill because it takes a long time to unlock a field - without explaining how that now happens - he was not pressed on the litigation even though that journalist had part of the story from the outrider side.
There is indeed risk here but I do think the time for sitting back and watching them in silence carry on as they are has ended and the only time you will get any leverage here is due to the elections.
Friends of the company need to speak a few hard words of truth those who pillory Georgia for undemocratic, anti business practices and then fall well short of the basic standards I would expect of a company that seeks to position itself as a hard done by beacon of US corporate investment in Georgia.
We have never asked for more than the basic curtessy of being kept informed of what is happening. Anyone who thinks that is too much to ask for has totally lost the plot in my opinion.
Agenda: disruption of thread: Tick
Oh thats because I am actually Zaza, I created an Id..
D'oh!
Star: you're not seriously suggesting Rainbow is Zaza? Apologies if I have misinterpreted. No-one pays any attention to RR anyway; we just let him live on happily in his fantasy World.
We can see that Zaza has gone quiet this past few weeks and nothing from the GG either. Hopefully there are negotiations ongoing. If there are then any bleating by us can only have a negative affect. So my vote, for what it is worth, is to wait until after the election. We have waited patiently (well overtly anyway) for almost two years so let's wait a tad longer.
GLA
What on earth are you on about? Freudian slip eh? creating an id , some who is pretty vocal... Snake in the grass?
I agree to wait till the votes are in
My view is that we should wait until after the election.
Grandads muttering about the arbitration again can someone get him his sherry to calm him back down.
Why would a press article ****ging off foreign companies in Goergia not interest the Georgian electorate? Whose to say what does and does not affect an election?
You seem to be arguing for someone to do something which you say will have no effect.
I’d personally do the opposite of what Star suggests. He has an agenda which is why I agree we should wait a couple of weeks. It’s has all gone quiet on both sides .... why?!
You actually think it will illicit a reply from Zaza? The mind boggles.
But the way I see it before the election it will do more harm than good so no wonder SR is so interested in doing it
I'm in fear that any bad press before the election could put the chance of us getting any of our investment back in serious jeopardy.
The Georgian people are looking to aspire to a western democratic way of life.
I can just hear them saying, look at this crooked company.... obviously capitalism doesn't work for the people. Let's stick with GD.
Just wait a bit longer.
We don't need to wait for a deal but we do need to wait to clear GD out of the equation. If GD get back in power you might as well save yourself the effort and write this off anyway Russian influence will kill any development of Block 12.
Of course it L's choice what he does I just want to make it clear before the elections it is not with my backing.
Do it now, there will always be another excuse for kicking the can down the road.
Do it now. Zaza has a responsibility towards shareholders and we’ve waited long enough. Apologists always seem to come up with some excuse on why there has been no communication or why we should wait, although he seems quite happy to talk to everybody else. We need to put this to bed one way or another
I agree its not long to wait and there is a strong possibility the hurdles st up by GD have put off alot of major investment. With friends in high places the wheels could be greased and the side show court cases could be resolved in an instant.
IMHO we should wait until after this election before providing the GD with a negative story about FRR. The leverage mentioned by Mole will still be in play for the US election. We've waited almost two years , so surely we can wait another 43 days.
