I’ll tell you why. All the “strong buy” opinions are all holding and way offside and want to get out. Those who have been in this share for more than 5 minutes know it is a very slow burner to say the least with the occasional jump on proposed orders. Personally, I have concerns that this company is just not getting a firm foothold in the market and maybe on borrowed time, with the Israeli situation not helping.

Well there obviously is doubt as this company is being priced for failure. Another AIM success story.

Deloitte has done the work for us, there’s nothing left for anyone and if it does emerge in some shape or form we ain’t going to be part of it. Uncrossing trade of £115 put through @3.92 below the quoted bid @ 4 breaking the market. Totally illegal and the trade should be cancelled. Mm’s trying to manipulate the market probably to suit their book. AIM is a cesspit, regulators do nothing to protect investors

It’s very admirable following and updating on all the legal niceties, but the reality is that existing shareholders will receive nothing if this company ever manages to resurrect itself as we will be diluted to nothing. Why share any part of a new operation if they don’t have to. It’s over for us shareholders, maybe SN can recoup something but we aren’t going to see a penny.

My math makes that 9.6p a share, 100+% over today’s market price. Encouraging. Also, can’t imagine the recipient selling them anytime soon, taking such a loss, therefore, good news all round for me.

This is illegal and it obviously done to manipulate the market and encourage people to sell as the mm’s have got caught short with the amount of buying today in a generally illiquid market and need to get them back in. Don’t sell any. Just for a laugh I’m going to buy a 1000 to put a new high print through. Again this manipulation is illegal but the authorities are useless.

These “uncrossing trades” on illiquid stocks are simply used to manipulate the closing price to suit the mm’s book and influence charting. They are total BS as there is no volume and matching of trades . The price was 5.8125 bid all afternoon and they break the market to put 5.45 trade through for the closing price. Basically, it is illegal but that’s AIM swamp for you.

The real market price will open up tomorrow @ 5.8125-6.35
