Incorrect Saint, depends what's detailed on the NDA. However NDA's can't stop bad news coming out (whistleblowers, illegal activities etc) therefore...

Anyway the Nomad would have something to say if anything negative was known that could affect the share price and would robustly urge the company to publish news accordingly I believe.

I think everybody is answering the question actually. Vlad is is not a great communicator with the shareholders but this is unusually bad, however bad news would've been stated by now so NDA comes to mind until business is complete...

Could also be classic pump and dump ie small consistant buys to get the sp moving up, RI's start buying getting the sp higher then a large short goes in hitting stops which then make the sp drop further. If no RNS tomorrow then possibly expect more shorts

Just beware where this could go tomorrow and the rest of the week

Most of these will go when the volume is high. It is too low to sell these in quantity, could go as far down as far as the warrant price if all of them were sold at the current volume.

IMO these will go after a good RNS. However once they have gone then I reckon this will rerate rapidly
