Yep bought out by the end of the month...
£3.50 per share :-)
Hey who knows? If there is interest from other companies then they will certainly be monitoring the sp closely. I don't think they would like it to get too high before they make an offer. Otherwise they may have to offer £5+... ;-)
No they are being extremely cautious, but at the same time are quietly confident imv.
I believe they are confident to the point that they believe they have a product that will mean they will be bought outright but not confident enough to expect a number of buyers. Therefore they don't want an sp that rises exponentially scaring off a potential buyer. Thus the relative quelling of news.
There also could be a "gentleman's agreement" in place...
We maybe put into that unfortunate position of suddenly being advised to accept £3.50 for each of our shares...
IMHO :-)
Many thanks for that Looed. Certainly cleared up the FRUS misunderstanding I had.
Also
Many many thanks for all the sterling work you put in...hopefully you'll get paid for it soon...
and we can all retire!!! :-)
I thought it was a separate entity outsside of the FRC group to stop the likes of Hope and his "windup merchants" getting hold of the asset
Looed: What feeling do you get when you get communucation from your FRC contact. Do you feel it is genuine or a delaying tactic to stop the shareholders from starting some sort of class action (fiduciury duties? etc) against the current and past directors which may advertise this whole sorry saga to higher level where the global media may become interested?
My worry is, possibly like most others, is if the asset move to FRUS is ratified, they then wind FRC up. I don't think out of the goodness of their hearts they will transfer our shares over to FRUS unless forced to.
Interested in your thoughts.
We all have an idea what it should be worth (10p even with the gross under development otherwise MP's valuation would've been closer imv) and we all have an idea what it could be worth (many times this to a SM) but, should it ever come back, we'll probably only get a tenth of the delist price...
...my magic mushroom was a dud! :-(
If you are all having the same issues with your broker(s) you MUST inform the FCA.
If enough people complain with the same issue they do take note...it's all about the numbers...
It's strange that nobody is having these issues with the big boys...
AJ Bell should know better. Ask for evidence from them. The "evidence" will be stated in the Caymans Gazette or equivalent.
"the liquidators are going after that transaction as fraudulent"
On what basis NJames? Would that also mean that they would be involving the GG?

This could be a reason why there is a new urgency with deals seemingly being done between US and Georgia. FRR must be involved if potential inventory underneath block 12 is anywhere near true.
When there is an emergency it's amazing how quickly disputes can get resolved...
IMHO! :-)
