The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
If true then in a couple of years time we might be on to something bigger! Until the likes of Elon Musk develops a quick recharging battery the size of a thermos flask that can deliver 500 mile range to a typical family car then hydrogen and its bonded derivatives (using hydrogen cell technology) is the only way to go over the next 20-30 years imv.
This will mean that we will see Georgia over the next 5 to 10 years building and completing a hydrogen transportation infrastructure along with hydrogen refining processing plants.
They will be a step ahead of the ROW with respect to high grade green energy output per capita. Europe will want it all...
If FRR are on the forefront of this then our shares will be in demand...if only we could trade them... :-(
IMHO :-)
Is it "wrongdoing" by the board since Zaza's departure or evidence he has obtained of "wrongdoing" by others during his reign as CEO after his departure?
If there have been breaches of fiduciary duties by the rest of the board why isn't Zaza getting other shareholders involved, FSHG for one? Or is he hoping for a deal just for himself?
So you think Covid 19 has been defeated then do you? Don't make me laugh. Unfortunately the mutations will be one step of pharmas vaccines for a while yet. Much more work is needed. Another year to 18 months then maybe imv.
...and possibly sooner than people would dare to think.
So?
If a company needs to restructure to survive, it will. Even more so if the global market crashes.
However the oil and gas market has effectively crashed anyway due to covid (the oil market more than the gas as most of us are at home and in the northern hemisphere it is winter). So this will only pick-up as soon as the vaccines start working and we as a planet start going about our daily business. The oil price has gone up recently due in part to production reduction and travel and plane companies stocking up now in anticipation of lockdowns around the world being eased in the near future.
The dow will only crash due to local issues not global ones. It may retrace over the next few months until herd immunity kicks in but that's it imv.
Regardless, whatever happens, it will not stop the company being restructured if that is what is required for the company to go forward.
The only event that will stop restructuring is if it is announced that someone has found an alternative, cheaper and more efficient means of providing energy for all.
IMHO :-)
Why would the dow jones have any baring on the restructuring of FRR?
bigdouble
You're right, the probability of a negative outcome out weighs the positive based on historical data ie other delisted companies on AIM going back to year dot. But that is the problem, we don't have all the data and FRR's history and circumstance seems to be somewhat unique don't you think.
In my mind RR's positive opinion has as much merit as your negative opinion. I know which one I'd prefer to read.
Anyway time will tell and imv we will know well before the end of the year whom is right so that you can buy ALL shareholders a drink at the 50p party...
IMHO :-)
All will be revealed in Q2 then...
It was only an opinion, JR didn't include any facts, how could anyone take it otherwise?
One thing is for sure MP there shall have to be a number CV's (Co Ventures rather than Joint Ventures - more typical for Oil and Gas projects ). What is underneath block 12 is potentially double the size of the Shah Deniz field allegedly.

The problem then becomes getting everybody to agree...
Please read the beginning of this thread for my idea of the expected divi if offered...
Correct yes, about a third of £500m hence my statement of FRR being worth at the bare minimum of 1p. It is the "to access skills and capabilities" that FRR provides their worth to the JV. What is your opinion of FRR's worth going forward in such a JV or a total buyout?
Please do not mention politics in your messages else a bundle of threads will get deleted again like last weekend. Some good discussion points were brought up in those threads as well from what I can remember.
