Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
Binman has probably asked The Company to pickup the ball again Phil.
IMO once the Georgian gov get assurances from the US gov then everything will be plain sailing...and of course the BOD has been completely changed out...I vote Dust Mop to dish out the Xmas prezzies :-)
Should also be very interesting to a few local journo's that read this board...
Is that Russian?
Lucky - what was your previous monika on this board? I've noticed you've only got one post.
You really don't get it do you? Your attitude incentivises other grown ups to do samething elsewhere especially with AIM companies. Your attitude and the like has allowed AIM directors & CEO's behaviours to PI's decline more and more over recent years. The FCA has no teeth so whre else do we get support...each other.
But don't worry as the "Beer Glass" brigade believe you will see a very attractive return and they will assure you that they are being "realistic!"...
Spineless!
Once you had the time to digest it , to certain extent yes I agree. However, generally, where there is not clarity that pertains to ambiguity (in this case with respect to warrants) logically there is confusion.
What about the promised value to shareholders stated in previous RNS'? Where is that value? Where is the trust? Where is the FCA?
Don't be naive, don't expect clarity. The RNS' yesterday were carefully crafted to legally and commercially confuse the great unwashed...
Why don't you roll on your back and have them tickle your belly...
Gives you great confidence going forward doesn't it. If this is how they treat the old shareholders do you think they will treat the new any better? To me this is set up for a classic pump an dump where the institutional investors will make a killing. New PI's will if they time it right. All existing shareholders may and I mean may, get their money back if they time it right. That's about as speculatively positive as I can get.
Other than that read the facts. The facts are in yesterdays RNS'.
What! More if, buts and maybes???
You sound like a company rep...
If, buts and maybes...
Fight for your hair....
Additionally when you do convert the warrants into shares and effectively sold the proceeds do not go into your ISA account. They have to go into your normal share account. Unless the law has changed since 2016/17.
