Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Unfortunately it doesn't look good. If there are no assets and only debt then expect the shares to plummet 100 fold when relisted. Mind you if you do have any spare cash then invest at the new low price because your original shares may break even after a few years...
IMHO!
this is a long term bet not a get rich quick one!
you either trade...which is what is happening now, or build up your stock slowly over the next year or so.
Traders/mm's sell stock to reduce the price which entices other shareholders to sell, then buy the cheap stock when the sp settles. This buying will then entice shareholders back into buying the stock increasing the sp until it settles then sell and the cycle repeats. Pump and dump is one name for this...
Longer term this stock, imo, will multi-bag, possibly +10x, over the next few years with possibly a buyout at the end of it.
So to not worry about the spikes and troughs that the traders/mm's create...share build!
If you have the time you can do both.
IMHO! :-)
Easy answer to that Kipper...Politics!
Check the political differences over the last 30 years between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Once Shah Deniz was found it was known then, due to the geology, that the probability of other big fields further west was very high...one of the reasons that FRR was established.
The Russians were not very happy then but could do little in Azerbaijan at the time so concentrated on destabilizing Georgia as much as they could to stop effective exploration IMHO.
If they want it out ASAP then it will be sold to a new company formed to include a number of SMs probably fronted by personnel from the GOC imo.
Too much inventory for one SM to get it all out in the next 15-20 years.
BP et al are still pumping it out from the Shah Deniz field after 23 years...

It could be 2-3 times bigger than Shah Deniz, at least 1.5...hence the intense legal and geopolitical wars...
...and possibly teacaddy...
I thought this board was for posting thoughts and opinions on FRR...
Who let the dogs out...???
Didn't Looed start posting after FRR de-listed...?
Therefore...
When you look at their history I would agree Dulwich, however in todays information age it is not going to be so easy to keep the younger generation from finding out the truth and acting on it imv. In the past it was a lot easier for Russia's elite to censor the "truth". The Russian people are not the mushrooms that they were once perceived.
The genie is out of the bottle...
This will come back when all litigation has stopped, plans to extract and commercialise the oil/gas has been approved by GOC et al and some sort of partnership with a major has been agreed ( which will include relisting the company so as to spread the risk... )
Not much to ask :-)
If, and a big IF, all the political ducks line up in a row and there is a very high level of certainty regarding the quantity and commerciality of the discovered oil and gas then this will never get listed again...
IMHO!
...in case you got it wrong???...LMFSO
You obviously don't believe in this write-up then PP...

If that's true it just shows who is...or was???..really in charge.
75% Creditors by value have to agree.
Even if agreed it shall not be plain sailing...
