News seems very limited- anyone have any update
If anyone has any questions - pass them on I will see if I can get an answer.
All coming together https://www.shardcapitalstockbrokers.com/news/1033-falcon-announce-second-acquisition-ott-arena-ahead-market-relisting#.WCQ6qyCar-s.twitter
The EGM is being convened because the Board wishes to minimise the length of time the Company's Ordinary Shares are suspended from trading and considers it to be in the best interests of the Company to seek shareholder approval of the matters necessary to facilitate the Quiptel Acquisition prior to the publication of the prospectus in relation to the proposed reverse takeover.
By Christmas, I suspect.
Been 2 months since suspension. Any guesses on trading return date and SP? Guessing 25p and hope back end October
more info from a video of the product development director - looks good to me if it works out. http://www.quiptel.com/our-company/
So where is the suspension RNS? Quiptel RTO
Cash position solid. £1.73m in Jan, add £1.95m and £163k gives £3.84m take off £100-200k cash burn tops.
Todays placing of £163k, in addition to Aprils placing of £1.95m tells me that an acquisition is very close to being completed. My perception is that Falcon raised just enough (via private placing) to seal the deal on a new asset.
A quick recovery after the departure of MG. I hope some deal is in the offing as the financing is in place. The acquisition must be a good one to justify the Mcap.
MG said recently he was going to concentrate on CHAL- Personally I see this change as a positive for both
So MG stepping down here suggests to me that things may be happening soon either here or at Challenger. About time

Agree - think this is teasing breaking out above 20.0p now. Once there is even the slightest sniff of news this will befar far higher imo. All good, I am happy to wait for it. Meanwhile others will slowly clock on ....
It will be Gert that announces anything as the CEO. Both are shares that will be far north of their current SPs in the near to medium faith IMVHO
... do you think that Gustafson will hold fire on announcing anything with this company until he makes headway with Chal. Certainly, a lot of the investors over there would be pretty upset if this SP all of a sudden takes off before they have? Just a thought, but welcome others view on this.
Sums up a lot of small cap investing for me - it is better to travel in hope than to arrive.
Gustafson has 2 listed companies that I follow Fal and Chal. One looks an excellent company with good prospects and has a market cap of circa £4.5m. This company has a market cap of £3.7m and has done absolutely nothing...yet Shows you that sentiment appears to be as important as product !
More buying by MG (although looks more like 100,000 rather than the 90,000 mentioned in the RNS) Exciting times are coming !
Director MG loading up at a 50% premium to IPO Very reassuring and beginning to think something very exciting is coming this way in the not too distant.
Today the dog share Mirada announces the commercial launch if their OTT offering with plans to expand into Eurpoe and Asia. Mirada have been ramped by quacks and tipsters for years but the lethargic management have only delivered disappointiment and endless placings with the usual AIM-sequel promises of riches tomorrow- perhaps FAL can buy them out? At least the SP has taken a knock today, anything to do with Mirada I wonder? Looking for a way in but not worth more than 10p
http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/122254/soaring-falcon-acquisitions-ready-to-go-ott-122254.html Worth a read - Gert is updating tomorrow so hopefully we should be getting a strong steer on plans
