elrico - the period of the interims is 1 Dec 2018 to 31 May 2019 so some of your points don't make sense
It performed poorly in 2017 and 2018 and had structural challenges obvious to many at the start of this year and shouldn’t have been put in the Wealth 50 at that point. HL came under criticism at the time which has proved to be accurate and fair.
Of course they are - if I stood to make millions from finding anyone to buy shares off me for an instant profit I would be loading up the bulletin boards and Twitter with as many employees as possible
Jungmana - don't disagree with your maths but I would be amazed if they can keep this amount of liquidity and excitement for another month to get through the shares at the rate they have been.
at some point, surely, they are going to run out of suckers to buy the shares off them?
good idea LB - just ignore words you don't like. Why don't you also ignore the fact that the shares in issue have risen more than fivefold in three weeks.
Not a death spiral though!!
Yes the amount of the loan converted plus the penalties is converted at 0.25p which reduces the implied conversion price for the fund to 0.1p.
So far it has sold 430m shares at an average of ay 0.5p, or so so has made about £1.7m profit so far in less than a month
Nice work
....well at least three days anyway
LB - still confident about your shares in issue prediction? At this rate there will be over a billion by the end of next week!
maybe.....
Just realised, the event is literally around the corner from me, I might go along for a laugh
tresha - there were three small ones for about £25k or so in total
Wanna bet - £100 quid to a charity of one's choice. I reckon there will be more than 850m shares in issue in a month's time
Even Align reference the 1.4 billion number
If there's only going to be 850m shares why did the prospectus authorise the issuance of 1.4billion?
Less of the abuse......and I am not wrong
Babbler - the first numbers have been converted, the second ones are penalties, so about £440k has been converted to date.
haha - one of you should have read the DM more closely as to who was to post that particular nonsensical ramp!
With all the penalties that is the IMPLIED conversion price and has been for each conversion
You said that last week - if they can convert at 0.1p and sell at 0.5p they're going to carry on for some time to come. They still have over a million quid to convert.
1.5 billion shares in issue coming shortly.
With the penalties, the implied conversion price is 0.1p again - another quick £500k profit to come in the week ahead!!
This must be the most profitable death spiral I've ever seen - hats off to them.
