Not quite. Debt reduced by just over £2m, £783k of which was by issuing shares not cash so about £1.3m if funds raised reduced borrowings. Looks like it lost about £1m in first four months to me just like last year and the year before that.

Cash reduced by only 100k because they raised £2.8m in January which they have made their way through already!

It’s not odd timing - it happens every couple of months. Massive ramping goes on a few helpful souls to enable Yorkville to sell down some of their convertible notes. Same old, same old.

Assume Sanderson was just selling the shares in the last 10 days then so it could get its hands on the actual cash

The discount has closed recently so expect that some of this further drop today reflects a wider discount due to poor performance. Discount is still less than 10% and portfolio is full of unquoted holdings (even more so after Prothena’s fall)

There’s now more than 10x as many shares though so 2p values the business at about £120m!

Last year they were released in July and interims were released on last possible day so I'm not expecting results imminently

Hoe could completion possibly be Autumn 2018!? The legs were meant to be in in Dec 2016 and in advance of an April 2018 start. Would be surprised if it could be finished before 2020 now and remain of the view that CHAL's equity holding is next to worthless in any event due to the cost overruns and additional funding that will be required

I can't think of one person who might be prepared to spend �1,000 to see 20 unknown stars over May bank holiday weekend - who are they kidding? It's in 11 weeks time! I wonder at what point between now and then that the event will be "postponed"

YOLO did an exercise recently of getting an independent valuation of their positions to try to provide comfort to investors. Would love to see them doing something similar here.
