Bloch - that's not correct. The share price on RTO will be around the share price at the time x 2992 so BRX7 is pretty accurate for now. You would get to similar numbers except it is not 15% it is 7.5/57.5 and the current market cap isn't £300k it's around £500k

A couple of questions for you Karina. Where did you get the Form of Proxy from to vote at the meeting? What do you make of the statement in the circular that the offer to subscribe for new investment under the prospectus won't be available for those resident in UK or EEA?

think it's unlikely - quite tight to get prospectus written and approved. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a delay with the migration

It's gross profits so you have to take admin expenses and tax off to get to earnings

I love Oli's thought process. Right guys I have a plan - we'll hold a pre-meeting with "shareholders" and then I'll pretend to be one of these shareholder and go on the bulletin boards to persuade them to back us. If that doesn't work first time , you step down Jason and I'll suggest that the shareholders back just the two of us. That can't fail. No-one will realise that a brand new poster defending the old board to a hilt is me. It will be fine.....unless someone finds my Instagram account!

Well unfortunately the two original entrepreneurs have now left the building and you're left with an FD that can't produce accounts and a wannabe property entrepreneur who has become embroiled in this saga without showing any innate ability to run a successful business. Shareholders just want some crumbs back and a chance to move on. Can you blame them?

Give it a rest Toffee - your time's run out. The shareholders want justice and the rule book thrown at the soon to be ex-directors, I guess you're one of the two remaining ones but no-one's listening anymore.

This makes me laugh. I bet the reality is that the meeting was attended by two directors, one shareholder and 3 stooges, the latter 3 being then tasked with writing nonsense on the bulletin boards to help sway voters. Why anyone would give these guys a second chance is beyond me.
