An increase from 150m to 400m shares in issue in just a couple of weeks is pretty much the definition of death spiral funding. they still have about £1,3m to convert and over 100m shares to sell.

Another 100m shares to sell!! They are making an absolute fortune out of this courtesy of the retail investors. Average buy in price of that last bunch is 0.1p with the penalties adding in and they are happily selling at 0.5p

Great business for them. Will be over half a billion shares at the next "Update" in about a week's time.

They’re saying that the conversion from opportunity to end revenue is going well but the marketing isn’t getting as many “opportunities” coming into the top of the funnel as expected

I imagine it's the forward selling of the funding that is causing the recent drops. Would expect a million or so to be raised within the next few weeks at say 1.5 once the bulk of that has been sold at higher levels

Doesn't really make a difference in my view as to whether the wheel gets built or not. The current equity proportion of the capital structure will be diluted to almost nothing in any event as there will need to be a significant debt for equity swap before any further equity funding would go anywhere near this.

There is about $200m of high yield debt in the cap structure already that will be eating / eaten up any any spare cash that the wheel had when the works stopped. It's safe to say that any covenants in the loan docs would have been well and truly breached so they will be calling the shots.

Best to assume nil for the NYW equity and then decide whether it is worth a punt here.

The P/E ratio has halved as the share price has halved. Nothing to do with whether it’s earnings have improved.

You are missing the fact that you are not getting cash but shares in a relatively illiquid company, the share price of which will adjust downwards to reflect the huge issuance of shares to buy these assets

Optimist - it’s not necessarily the dilution but the fact that the warrant holders are selling once exercising that is depressing the price. Should stabilise once this period is over. Next warrants expire in May 2019 from memory so a bit of a gap now

Reckon it might be linked to the 7m warrants that expire tomorrow
