1.30p to sell now
I took 1.3p. Better than nothing
Looks like Catalysts shenanigans may have burnt them
That's what you get when two sets of charlatans face off against each other !
New low 1.25p to sell
New low 1.22p to sell.
Death spiral as far as staying a listed company maybe.
If the board can ensure income matches outgoings and the right decisions on cost cutting we can stop the artificial collapse in the share price. Riverfort now have 12m shares for £200k but we are 20% down already on their 1/56 price. Obviously verde will not happen or happen at a new low share price but for the amount they were planning to invest they would end up owning more than 60% of the company so assume that is not happening, which i think is a good thing as it focuses the board of the real decisions they need to make, cut costs and close deals and not rely on borrowing to cover their slowness. However will Riverfort hold? if they follow the long line of previous investors like Catalyse who sold within 2 weeks its no a good sign. obviously now closing in on £2m market cap DP has run out of refinance and placings. he has shafted all his staff and robbed private investors of £50m and we will find out if Dp is a coward as well which will be decided if he can make decisions to stop relying on borrowing.
For silly amounts under £20 only
"Riverfort now have 12m shares for £200k but we are 20% down already on their 1/56 price."
Have you considered the continual issuance of equity to Palumbo's inner circle is more about immediate voting rights than a quick recovery of cash.
Palumbo is desperate to ensure that he gets the votes he needs to remain a director at this years AGM, and it looks like he will do anything to ensure he gets it.
Bear in mind if those investors lose money, potentially a lot of money so you think thet will be so supportive of DP? At the eod DP must deliver results and returns and whike he has destroyed private investors and moved towards other investors i am not sure he is exactly securing their approval. Most are down quite a lot already. Northfork is close, £2m from Logik is not far away and Idex France is about to happen. Plenty of good projects ahead but DP should fall on his sword and let Le Saint takeover and save costs. It would also remove the murky relationship between DP and Altair where he hold some position or has far too close ties.
We will get to see the end of Palumbo this year, I’m pretty sure he is up for reelection by rotation, everyone just needs to make sure they vote against him, he relies on the apathy of PIS not to vote, this year we need to make sure he and the gang are sent a strong message from shareholders that their actions will no longer be put up with
21 stocks in portfolio & watchlist 18 are positive at present , no prizes for guessing which POS is 1 of the 3 down as usual.
The ridiculous thing this isn't even the bottom, we already know the Year ends are going to be a car crash with the bonnet wide open. Any recovery will be on contract wins with actual bookable revenue. DP is not going to get voted out, his death spiral partners hold too many shares. It will be interesting to see how many PI's vote against his reappointment if it's higher than 10% of the votes cast the chair needs to consider this rather than rubber stamping I've seen CEO'S removed when they have secured 84% of the cast votes (effectively one significant shareholder forcing the board to act). Surely handing out shares below market value so you are re-elected has to be one of the worst possible behaviours of any CEO and the chair can't surely ignore this either.
"DP is not going to get voted out, his death spiral partners hold too many shares"
Do they though?, yes Dumbo has gifted them large proportions of the company but they have offloaded as soon as they get it, to my calculations they still have less than 40%, unless he can get the Verde subscription away he is very much at risk, why on earth do you think he paid them not to offload any more before the end of June.
Verde obviously won't happen so Palumbo must be getting very nervous that he has overplayed his hand and is now about to get burned.
PI voting apathy is Palumbo's best friend, PI's need to make sure they actively make the effort to vote him out, anything else is rubber stamping his behaviour.
But that's the thing most PI's don't vote, they generally abstain. I've seen votes where the outcome defined the survival of a business and only 60% of the voting rights were cast. The thing is it's easy and there's no excuse, you should always consider all resolutions at AGM's for all shares you hold. Just email your broker what resolutions you are for or against, it's not like the old days where you had to attend the AGM to vote.
Verde .......
Further to its announcements of 19 April 2024, 2 April 2024, 13 February 2024, 22 February 2024, 29 February 2024 and 11 March 2024 .............
We wait to hear from Dumbo Palumbo tomorrow, or will he wait to midnight in case Verde come through at the last second
