I looked it up and its the RNS 20th April... to do with funding facility.

If I remember correctly AMG are required to publish the prospectus by 19th of July so not long to wait.

No meaningful income anytime soon so consolidation and more raises seems inevitable imo which will wipe out many holders.

My personal guess is that Vast have been given a little more time to finalise things but they are probably skating on very thin ice.

I'm content enough with the time line so far, its faster than any traditional build and as its a flag ship project I would sooner they get everything right even if it means slightly slower than some would like. I would expect subsequent blocks will get built a little faster than the first.

They can call a GM at short notice now.

The name Alba is synonymous with failure and thats the only reason for the name change.... I expect Arkadian strategic metals will follow the same path of spend and raise.

"CALLING MEETINGS ON SHORT NOTICE (SPECIAL RESOLUTION)". I'm not sure how common this resolution is but its good to know, when needed, its available to push things along quickly.
