The firm placing shares (400,419,909) were do to be active on July the conditional placing shares 266,246,757 will likely be active on 28 july if the resolutions are passed.
One other thing as our stake in Groc is worth a little more than £1.5m which makes all the other assets worth around £700K.. which seems low especially as they just raised £550K
I live in hope Groc comes good and as for the other projects the jury is out .. Clogau may or may not be viable in the shorter term and the other two projects are much longer term. The placing raised a decent amount and I hope it sees us through well into 2026 when hopefully newsflow will have lifted the SP(maybe)
Unlike so many AIM companies everything is looking positive here and any spare cash I have is going towards more Aptamer shares , I'm as confident as you can be that this company is a winner.
I think the future looks bright here now with many projects progressing well and after a couple of poor years the company now seems on a good footing and is well run now.
The RNS says the gold for the pendants was extracted from the mine does this mean this sample is not waste tip material ? I don't have a problem with the 18 carat pendants, they could refine it to 24 carat but maybe time and cost are a factor ?
Not sure how you came up with those figures Ian.. in truth none of us know how much concentrate per ton and it could vary massively from each ton processed.
"I am delighted that our application to the EU in August 2024 for the first deadline of submissions has been successful - it is foremost a recognition of the merits of our Amitsoq graphite project and its strategic and commercial importance to the European industry. Amitsoq is the first and to date the only minerals project in Greenland to achieve Strategic Project status. From the EU press conference today we understand that Stéphane Séjourné, EU Commissioner (Executive Vice-President) for Prosperity and Industrial Strategy, anticipates a visit to our Amitsoq project this year.
"We look forward to working with the Government of Greenland and EU institutions to progress our project and establish true European domestic production of this strategically important raw material".
