Yep. It's profitable.
As with everything Jeff and Palumbo posts or says you've to read in between the lines.
Sure we accept they are producing biochar and exporting electricity to the grid from the Italian MDC but is it profitable ??
Been another fantastic week for Palumbo and the BOD pocketing €6k each up from €4k when Palumbo took over despite destroying the shareprice by - 75% in those 5 years and delivering a grand total of €144k from the 27 staff at the recent interims .
The Company is focused on maximising shareholder value in the near term through greater recognition and adoption of its commercial applications by global infrastructure .....
Only down -97% since that little nugget was spewed out by Palumbo in the july 2022 RNS placing ramp .
Visiting-ghost please tell us how this plant won't be able to produce biochar https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jeffrey-vander-linden_waste-biochar-toscana-activity-7156209595885961217-rPwa?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_android
£2.9m won't go far.
“£2.9m @ 2.5%“
It’s “2.5% over the six-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate (Euribor), which at the time of announcement makes the interest rate c. 6.5%“
Have Eqtec disclosed the small print regarding the finance?
Saw some great buying yesterday and no selling
Expecting the same today as the news last weeks start to set in
£2.9m @ 2.5%
+
JV
SP needs to rise 50% just to be level with last week
I expect it to push much higher
Target 8p
You simply don’t get banks lending £2.9m @ 2.5% unless they’re confident
Below dumped this one .
Chelverton Asset Management Ltd.....28/2/23
Liontrust Portfolio Management Limited ...30/9/22
Premier Asset Management Ltd..... 31/3/22
Mistake post below that was meant for different BB.
I see on 30/11/22 Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Limited & Redmayne-Bentley LLP got out.
5/10/22 Placing at 7.5p* a 14.3% dis .
22/7/22 They failed to merge ( take over PIRI ) now MINDFLAIR
ISA history looked at today .
21/5/21 @1.5875 eqv 158.75p
14/5/21 @ 1.638 eqv 163.8p
10/5/21 @ 1.76p eqv 176p
30/3/21 @ 1.785 eqv 178.5p
26/3/21 @ 1.84 eqv 184p
My brokers chart very misleading not taking into acc huge consolidation .
Google does .
Back in May 2009 this share was 1325p buy November 2010 they bottomed at 225p February 2011 bounced back to 475p
Declining ever since to last weeks 2.25p.
And to add more misery Irish so 1% tax on the buys .
Tech is not the issue. As already said we have the bank finance proof and as far as i am aware the plant should be now on target for £1m profit as no bank would lend without that buffer. northfork is the biggie and we know it will be commissioned early February. That is huge. In meantime Eqtec must be working at full capacity for all the projects we are already billing in Hawaii and France. 2024 will be year we were led to belive we would have in 2022. 2 years late and a bloody nose but Eqtec are back on track having just raised £3.5m.
Lol
VH, Idex disagree with you to the tune of €16.5m
Visitinghost I think I’ll go with the expertise of the £4m backers who know & understand the tech, expertise & industry, rather than a poster on LSE. Thanks for your input though
Banca del Fucino S.p.A disagree with you VH. To the tune of €2.9m.
Dear Bunsen
are in tech? I have checked tech and business model of EQT, that is why I say they will slowly die. Believe me, gasification is expensive and with the feedstocks for EQT there are easier/cheaper tech to use.
The problem of EQT lies in the tech, tech not working with good economics and easy to steer--> no business case
With a mcap of less than 5.5m, can't see institutional investors taking any interest. There wasn't any when the mcap was considerably higher and the majority will have restrictions on minimum mcap for investment and % of total holding in small caps
EQT is likely not currently a good proposition for the risk at the present time.
Need North Fork news to stir this from its slumber. And soon
gla
Mate theyve just received £4m in almost non diltuive funding and signed a JV. This isnt going lower lol
This will get bought up higher and higher and I wouldnt mind betting we'll start to see institutions start to buy in
The funding is almost equal to market cap and at better rates than any high street bank will give you - why do you think that is???
Multibagger
How much it is 4p? In other words, how much % should grow from today? I foresee for EQT a long drift toward lowerr and lower values until somebody will have the decency to give mercy and kill the company.
Im not talking about VLS mate, Im talking about EQT.
Couldnt careless about VLS!
Bunsenburner.
It's not funding, it's a TO. Try looking at their site on here.
'The company, based at Oxford Science Park with an office in Houston and reactor manufacturing facilities in Ohio, faced insolvency and sought emergency funding. Now its board of directors has unanimously recommended that shareholders accept a bid totalling £4.1m from Madison Bidco Limited, a newly formed company, which will see a return of 0.25p per share, approximately its current share price'
Shares suspended whilst SH decide 'deal or no deal'.
That is a ridiculous way of looking at 😂🤦♂️
Look at their market cap - it’s near enough cash = to their market cap
And the rates they’ve been given are more favourable than any I’ve seen on AIM for well over 24 months
Anyway, I wish you good luck in your investments
They’ve got a messily £3m, many many months after it was promised and a JV ( with no funding).
Compare promises with reality - stark difference.
