Nice end to the week for us.
Oh yes lovely jubbly! I predicted a boring rns about the meet. How I love to be wrong !!!
Everyone asleep or digesting the goodness. They did what we wanted guys!! Atb
Not a huge amount of detail but good to hear that the $930k is the starting offering and 2022 could deliver $1.93m. we already have guidance for 2023 at $3m.
These are the elements that will give us a minimum $20m revenue 2022.
Add in Tarana, aceNIC sales, DU system sales and many more.
Never in doubt..! Great to get that in before the AGM
Yes bid you were discernibly chilled whilst the likes of me flapped their wee chicken wings ! Lovely stuff , back on the road
Great news and sets the tone for the agm very nicely!
Blue Friday, hurrah!
It's not a particularly nice phrase but the sales guys at my old firm used to say 'make the product sticky' .. i.e sell the client more stuff so that they can't do without. Seems like this is what Ethernity are doing here -
Furthermore, the Company also anticipates expanding its business with the same vendor with other product offerings and is already in discussion regarding other business for its routing and bonding system
They are and sales will grow as their sales grow. We still know very little. Yes international is good but potential market, position in market, mode of manufacturing, ease of component acquisition.. ....
The completion of the contract was never in doubt as we said. The revenue will increase substantially 2022 this they need to be talking openly about.
This shows in real time how fickle AIM is. This contract was SPELLED OUT in the results yet the share price drifted off .. it's now got people buying in higher because there is a news release about THE SAME CONTRACT. It's a funny old world..
Great news.
I have not been critical of IR but now see the issue. If this goes to the top of the riser list and an interested investor clicks through to see what the news is, this RNS is impossible to understand and requires a lot of further investigation which hard to get from ENETs site to show the benefit to the customer, market growth etc.
Hope they find their way to this board and sergi's and Tracy's summaries, as well as the more general following of the 10-15 investors on this board.
How many people read the results of companies that they are not invested in. Results are where you bury your dead not reveal the living. Lot to learn still at Ethernity.
The good thing here is that this like the Indian OEM is a evolving market that's huge. Ethernity success depends on others as is the model but radios will sell and there's a huge retro market. If this International vendor is one of the two or three leaders they will have many installed units to add these modules to.
Sales for 5-10 years could easily be 3-5m through this route alone. We already know that the market is waiting on the new system from Ethernity due for release in the next 8 weeks
Hi TL sorry I'm not on the same page, which new system are you referring to in the next 6-8 weeks?
Skid the problem is that standalone news diverts attention to just that aspect. This excludes the rest. Ethernity has 3 main paths to fortune. DU, UEP and UPF. Then several others Tarana SoC, Avionics switch with two OEMS and side plays like OLT devices. Behind much is aceNIC-100 and that will be a standalone seller.
This is why I say that we need regular across the board updates. Whilst today we learn of probably$10m sales in a few years this is a tiny part of the potential from the UEP which is a tiny part of the Ethernity portfolio. So casual observers today see a $930k win in a $6m a year spending business.
This is not the story. Markets for Ethernity products goes from zero to small this year. 2022 it rises exponentially and continues to do so year on year. Ethernity will be £5-10 a share in the next few years. You can hang your hat on that
Our DU and UEP offerings are offerings of combined hardware (or FPGA Firmware) that will be equipped with our routing software stack, of which the first version is schedule for release by Q3 21 followed by an advanced version planned for 2022. The Company anticipates that as soon as the Company completes the development of the routing software stack integration, orders for customised UEP routing platforms together with vRouter offload and DU based FPGA Smart NIC (ACE-NIC ) offerings for deployment into cloud native environments, Open RAN and 5G core will increase in exponentially
So 11:26 well get a 25k double tap and another at 14:00. Over the weekend this will sink in and Monday we'll be +20%
5G IF will fuel the rise and prevent the MMs shutting down.
AIM is so predictable. Today we'll skip up to high 40's . Monday we'll break and run at 60. Smiles at AGM.
28k double tap on the bell responsible for the slow start.
This confirms that 5g IF are not here for profit as they could have waited for more return. They're maintaining an orderly market and taking a bit on the top. Thanks Tarana..
@Tracylied sorry for being slow (I’m a recent investor) but what do you mean by the double tap?
Assuming it is 5G, can anyone think of a reason why they would ‘double tap’, other than letting us know it’s them, which would seem unusual seeing as they are very secretive.
Two sells within a few seconds. This is a finance deal by a group called 5g Innovation Fund. They sell some into the market on volume days as they are not long term holders for many reasons that I won't cover on a public forum.
So they drop 50k here and there into the market. It's a positive because it keeps the MMs from spreading and closing down. It is negative because it tops the rise from spikes. However as a new holder it allowed you in and we all day thank you 5g.
They have for sure held the price artificially low this year. One day soon they will run dry or stay below 5% and hold. At that point the share price will rise without boundaries or control.
Uhif I suggest that they have a direct relationship with two parties to provide equally at the same (ever so slightly higher) price. I suspect those parties press the button above a sliding value
I would imagine the stock is sitting with a market maker waiting for an opportunity to feed them into the market.
When the MM’s open up their book, willing to buy larger amounts from sellers, the MM holding the stock could take advantage and sell in quick succession to another market maker or two.
There’s nothing stopping them selling to each other, because they’re not friends, they’re here to make a profit on the trade, that’s it.
"The Company will propose the UEP-60 and the UEP-300 as customised version to global vendors which is planned to serve as one of our growth engines over the forthcoming years, to be positioned as differentiated Cell Site Gateway with various FPGA loads for Fronthaul, Midhaul (CU to DU) and Backhaul (bonding)"
Very possibly the modules announced today will be built by the Indian OEM. They have production capacity, skill, experience and are already contracted.
I also suspect that they will be building the Tarana SoC.
Martyn. I suspect that they feed two who then distribute or two agents that speculate a but before supplying MMs. Whatever it provides liquidity that for several years killed this share.
Thanks for the explanations TL and martyn
Sort of understand that, but if it’s two parties involved then they must collude on timing and volume.
It’s all a bit of a mystery but, hopefully, in the reasonably near future with increased volumes they will be history.
Although there are still millions of shares to be issued to 5G plus shares for the remaining £750k.
