Cadellin, 5.7 quid would be life changing, never mind more.
I agree it would but there's different levels of life changing to a man with no money in the world £1000 Is life changing.
Whereas we probably think less of that sum when investing each day.
Well unless I make a wedge, old age is going to be penury.
Haplo , Nasdaq has a requirement of a particular share value , the trading on Nasdaq will be equal to 20 of our shares so what ever we trade at their share will be worth 20 times more , there will be NO shares issued , ie we trdae at $1.50 , USA will tade eqivalent to $30.00 a share allowng for the USA dollar conversion which would be $22.29 USD . The shares will need to come from either Germany , AIM or ASX . The share registry is already tight , the USA buying will push our price up , that is what the excersise is all about .

But now I think it will be B4 July 21 . Offtakes and USA listing .
800,000 tonnes required
"Europe now has projects to build 38 gigafactories with a combined annual output of 1,000 gigawatt hours (GWh) and an estimated cost of 40 billion euros ($48 billion), according to a June report by Transport & Environment, a non-government organisation."

And Keith did state no extra shares will be produced for the American listings:-) Happy days
“Some suppliers cut volumes for the third quarter, and raised [spot] offer prices,” a trader said.
Consumers in China are still struggling to secure units at the moment while demand is ramping up at unexpected speed, market participants told Fastmarkets.
“Pressure to secure feedstock will grow since demand is increasing too quickly,” a producer said.
“Demand for lithium hydroxide will remain robust with overseas automotive manufacturers accelerating their ramp-up plans,” a consumer said

yes fingers holding for the long term, at least 10 years, looking forward to the dividends eventually
@finger. I am very happy to grant you an extension until July 31st.
If we still miss, this one, then as soon as our price reflect the fair value of this stock, we will organize a gathering of this board to celebrate.
I have first dividend target after one years full uninterupted production of 150,000 tonnes at $14,000 a tonne hydroxide of $3.68 AUD per share Dvsfm assuming 75 % dividend rate ( Assuming a capex raise at $10.00 a share with 220 mil shares on our registry . When that hydroxide price nears double todays price and even further in future years the dividends will be enormous . Some serious coin over the next ten years to say the least . And each additional $1,000 a tonne Hydroxide price would add 33 cents dividend .
Arnaud , if it doesn't come thru , I will send a dozen of our finest Shiraz to you , I think thats fair . I will have two parties to go to , we have a Hot copper offer on the go too . We were thinking an island some where if we still can post covid . All I know , I have reinvented some short term possible share gain due to the USA listing , I might be brash to say I think now we could be $20 a share Aud in next few months . After we announce ( after USA listing ) of double production , then land a couple of offtakes . PLL market cap will look like a drop in the ocean .

Could the reason things are being bit slow is because CEZ have a alternative way to process the ore? and are looking to perfect that? and what benefit will this method have when proven , if proven? % over traditional methoid?
Fingers, did you read that? It doesn't exactly read well....
In the interests of balance, here's a response from a poster on HC:
"I agree, the article raises some legitimate questions, but the way how it is put is needlessly too negatively sounding - EMH has already answered most of the hard questions in my opinion. The whole part about "poisons" is ridiculous, you couldn't build anything with this attitude of "mining was terrible in the past, so let's not mine today (when the technologies are different)"
Also, the "local" criticism is only from the village of Krupka which is not even directly next to the mine (it is about 6 km by air - relatively far in the central european context), close are Dubí and Cínovec villages. I am sure Ústí region has no major problems with it, quite the contrary. This article says they are fine with it as long as it will have a positive economic impact on the region and won't destroy nature (ie. the project will have EIA): https://www.idnes.cz/usti/zpravy/lithium-tezba-cinovec-krupka-nesouhlas-zivotni-prostredi.A210603_131722_usti-zpravy_grr
Michal Šnobr is also a long-time critic of CEZ management (rightfully so) but is connected with a competing energy group, so it has to be taken in that context.
I would like to note that the SeznamZprávy news server has been criticized lately for several not that well-written/substantiated articles - they almost sacked an interior minister by a slightly misleading reporting on his treason. They like to express strong opinions and sometimes don't back it with enough of research."
My opinion of the article , is it either has brand spanking NEW FACTS that havent been put into an RNS , or the translation is really bad or most likely they didnt research their own article correctly , i the article at one point says Crushing will take place on the surface, when the latest presentation clearly states its and underground operation to crush the rock, what else is incorrect?I think no one commented firstly because it sounds like what it is badly written slanted article imo
Crushing will take place on the surface. Ore (up to 20cm pieces) will be transported from the mine to the surface facility. There it will be crushed to 1mm pieces, magnetically separated and chemically processed. Then this semi-final product should be transported by a slurry line to a processing plant where final product should be created.
