DP where is the ZNWD mine in relation to the EMH mine?
C'mon danhuan - give us a break use the internet - do your own research - easy enough to find and any other company info - all you need to know is there. Expect you would be savvy investor with all those posts.
I think you missed my point Bob…I know full well where ZNWD is, and I also know you cannot question the quality of lithium from EMH whilst also singing the praises of ZNWD’s. Something DP fails to have realised.
Seems like I did - and I still do !! Let's just hope that the flow of news is good for all Li miners - I would expect some merging of Li+ resources soon. GLA DYOR
I am not slating ZNWD just wondering why you are positive on them and not EMH? Is it because you have not yet sold ZNWD at the wrong time?
We basically have a border between us but you think there lithium grade is so much better than ours? They have less than a 10th of the resource, of that 10th they have a 50% share, of there 50% BCN own around 44%.
Who owns the other 50%? How long will it be tied up in red tape before its released? Who is going to agree to fund a mine when 50% of it is tied up in administration?
If ZNWD is as good as you think why did BCN offload it?
Not a big fan of the ZNWD investment proposition myself.
Heck, do I really want to invest in a speculative Zinnwald mine investment? They have 50% of a small Lithium mine in Germany (a rounding error compared to EMH's lithium), plus they need investors to stump up cash for multiple Irish gold mines, gold mines in Sweden, etc.
It's probably investable for the banks who will lend the debt, but I am not sure I have the palate to go into a potentially dodgy gold/lithium miner looking for 5 years cash and directors salary to develop mines.
Plus, it sounds like ZNWD is such a small mine they won't even have their own processing facility.
Yes fingers
Really good conditions for us

“We continue to be highly encouraged by the results of our Definitive Feasibility Study and look forward to updating the market on project development plan." Mmmm this might be th updated doubling of production ???

Any ideas as to the reasons for Prague listing postponement?
According to last week's RNS:-
The Company has been informed by the Prague Stock Exchange that, as a result of the Company being a pre-revenue company, at this stage of EMH's development they did not consider it appropriate for EMH to list on the Prague Stock exchange. The Prague Stock Exchange indicated that they were open to further discussion about the listing of EMH shares on the Prague Stock Exchange but that reflecting relevant regulatory, legal and technical aspects on their side, it was their suggestion to postpone the listing process until the later stages of the Cínovec Project development.
For the avoidance of doubt, European Metals' Certificates of Depositary Interest (''CDIs''), representing ordinary shares and ordinary shares in the Company, will continue to trade on the ASX and AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, respectively, under the symbol "EMH".
Ah, completely missed that!
At least it rules out any delay/speculation on that front, but seems a strange rule to have in place.
I don't know much about the Prague Stock exchange but they probably don't have an 'AIM type' listings then.
Re Listing on Nasdaq , Gentleman , I have been pondering , Population Germany and England is aprox half of USA . Hold that thought . UK own aprox 32 million shares ouside of Cadence and I personally know where 16 million of those shares are held between posters here , Arca , Kieren Mozilla and Czech directors . ( ie 16 million odd ) Total shares I believe owned in Europe is aprox 50 million shares including Germany , The Germans will hold their shares so therefor there are only 16 mil odd shares that may be tradable out of AIM and Germany if the top holders don't sell , (10 of them that includes Dvsm , Ent and Mr Tittle, you could advise if you are holding for the real long time ) . Now lets say 50 mil shares owned in Europe and USA has twice the capacity due to population to own that amount and double it . That means the USA will need minimum 50 million shares from a free float of 16 mil shares on AIM and 10 mil odd in Australia ie they will absorb all the free float and MORE which augers well for the future as well . The USA will struggle to get their 50 to 100 mil shares equivelant to current EURO ownership based on population . We only need one insto in USA to want 20 mil od shares and the share price will go thru the roof , I am expecting a similar market cap to Piedmont which would price us at aprox $10.50 a share AUD ( 5 pound 70 ) . So to all current holders do not sell in the next month at least , News to flow outside of Nasdaq listing will be increased production target for DFS and iether one or 2 offtakes including Tesla ( why would KC bring forward the Nasdaq listing ) The short term future is look very brightly . Could you imagine 5 pound 70 then update the market double production ( 11 pound 40 ) , then update market with Tesla offtake , the moon is in our near path .
PS 2 to 3 million shares already absorbed by EMHLF and ERPNF since quoted in USA .
Fingersxed: thoroughly agree about US market potential. Form person knowledge so many individuals have so much cash to invest. Negatives include fear of EU regulations and preference for US managed companies. Perhaps we need some US based Czech or European investors. I assume trading in 3 currencies will have no negative effect.

I assume trading in 3 currencies will have no negative effect. Finally, approx. twice as many individuals in US invest in risk equities than Europeans. Think of Tesla!
Another ponder PLL valued market cap at $55,089.54 per tonne of hydroxide in their PFS so at same rate EMH could be then valued with double production of 50,000 tonnes $2.750 Billion market cap .
Based on the contract value of their spod sale price with Tesla it would value EMH at $31 billion .
Calm down folks. Simply extrapolating numbers rarely works. Real life is more nuanced. We'll all do well, but don't get carried away with stratospheric valuations. Better to expect less, then if more happens, it'll be a nice surprise.
Listing on Czech stock market was a complete waste of time and resource anyway. It’s small and minor stock market.
Big European institutional investors have no problems buying securities listed in the US; and that’s the listing which I am very excited about.
Wouldn't mind the £5.70 though one of the lower predictions .
