Or is it more of a case where they can be exercised whenever ! in that case it’s not too far off people getting in early with a good base price to then sell on- either way hopeful of news shortly!
It’s fantastic that it’s held the 2p level despite all the cashing in at least - lots of easy top ups!
is there a deadline for the warrants to be cashed in?
All these warrants will be eaten in no time. Plus if you waited until after they all sold possibly could miss all important rns.
Note to self .before buying shares check warrantvsituatiin this would be flying above 4p right now if it wasnt fir warrant holders doubling their money
Pepemartinez, no not 7/8p and no not long term either. I'm not going to put a figure on it just yet, but if you are bold enough and jv happens as expected, then you will be a very happy man along with many others on here. But I truly believe that this will be the next GGP, it has all of the hallmarks of doing just that.

10p after jv announced which is about to drop any day now
About become the Next ggp IS speaking about 7/8p long term target or what?
Thanks for the further clarification Talkingsense. I was happy with Dill1’s assurance too. Thanks
Talking Sense, you made a comment in your 2:04 post about GGP. I think that with a fair wind this could easily become the next GGP, and that's one of the reasons that I'm here. I was on a free ride here but I have topped up considerably, so that is no longer the case.
Thanks Gino....good to have you back in the fray.
BeautyP...apologies thought you were Ok with Dill's re-assurance.
My personal view is that the vast majority of the warrants will have been forward sold as this has been the pattern with exercised warrants in the last month or so.
The MMs will drop the bid at the start of the day and sweep up some cheap shares (again a repeat of before) and then the SP will recover to where it started.....that's if it reverts to type.
I believe that the remaining warrants not yet exercised have been mainly factored in to the SP as we saw the drop from 2.6ish when the total warrant volume was disclosed to the current levels which seems to be our new base to build from.
This therefore should be a price driven by news moving forward.
All IMHO
with the greatest of respects, I am invested here as I told you all when I started posting again:
https://ibb.co/1sJ9W26
the values are relative to each individual but i'm sitting at a 97% loss as you can see above. I recognise you guys from years ago and I dare say most of you have had a hammering too(most likely averaging down along the way and had that sucked out you too) but on the flipside have a healthy holding.
i'm neither ramping or deramping and I think I have posted pretty honestly based on what is infront of us. human nature is funny, we believe what we want to believe, doesn't make my comments any less true.
the base here seems to be 2p, based on the support seen at that level, on high volume trading days (I was hoping for 1.9p, but I cant see it happening) if it drops down closer ill buy and get my average down, if it doesn't so be it and I get in at 2.5p or even 3p, these are tiny numbers against the potential of a very good investment.
if I can scoop up extra shares at 2p, why should you be bothered? others are getting hundreds of millions at 1p and 1.25p?? doesn't mean my comments are invalid and dills are, that's ridiculous.
my comments on a BB aren't going to drop the SP, the selling does that without any input. if someone asks a question, as beauty p did, we should at least acknowledge the concerns and address them instead of ramping the heck out of it.
there are more upsides and very few downside here, but rightly or wrongly they are still here, and the SP reflects that. current buy @ 2.13
i will finish by saying there is a fantastic amount of upside regardless what peoples entry points are from this level, and I wish everyone good luck in their investments
Haha haha thanks bud
Forgot to mention:
*Hundreds of thousands of oz's confirmed at Bailieston (CB interview)
*Ridiculously small mcap of c£14m (compare this to companies further down the process such as GGP).
* Dill is invested here ...and that's the clincher for me
HERE HERE.......The positives will outweigh the negatives.....this is only going one way!
for balance.....
*There are warrants outstanding.
You can weigh the negative against the positives :-)
Even more interesting:
* Craig Brown said there could be up to $6bn of gold in the Creswick license...since that interview the increase in the price of gold means that could be $7bn
* We have FOUR interested parties for a JV deal at Creswick
* We know that one of those parties is Newmont, the 3rd largest miner in the world.
* We know that Bailieston ground exploration results will be released in August.
* We know that a Bailieston drilling programme will be released following this (suggests the GE results will be positive).
* We have c£2m in the bank to fund the drilling so no more fund raining is required (and we get a 42% R&D refund for this spend)
* Gold is on the rise.
* At our last fundraising we were getting approaches from many companies wishing to give us funds (shows confidence).
* A Creswick JV deal could drop any time.
Forget about the warrants. Most big investors already know about this as it's in the fully diluted share capital.
What is far more interesting is that
1. Miners are moving into the area we have licenses in
2. Gold is up 350 bucks in 6 weeks which makes any little company like this far more likely to get developed with huge profit margins.
3. People are finding high grade gold in the area.
Stocks like this and IRR will go to silly levels if gold holds these prices and even goes up further.
People were going on and on about warrants when GGP was 1.7p. I feel nothing but sympathy for the people who sold on the back of that but they are concentrating too much on irrelevant information and the smaller picture.
Dill is spot on it will come good......but it will most likely impact it slightly. the short term will go down as you are diluting the stock, but it will be short lived as soon as a steady positive news flow comes in. AIM is rarely fundamentals and all about sentiment. sentiment is down because of warrants that's all. believe in the fundamentals
im struggling to see the downside going past 2p, too much support at that level. be grateful gold is doing well that is keeping the downside minimal here
Thanks Dill1
DO NOT PANIC AND DO NOT SELL YOUR SHARES....it will come good
Please, what will be the impact of warrants coming on around 7th August which is tomorrow? Thanks
Its called consolidation this is the new trading range for time being.lots of news to look forward too, drilling,jv with the 4 parties mentioned could land anytime. patience is key here.
now down to 2.1 - 2.19
its a little disappointing, but my honest opinion is all the warrant holders are selling there current holding and then using the warrants to make 100% profit. it makes sense and tbh if I had the chance id do the same. the value is still here but short term its going to be hounded by these circa 1M sells.
I don't see news coming til the warrants are done. I don't feel this has been over bought, its just last week the spread was so tight it was traded to death. now the volumes down it gives more stability, and the MMs are doing it a favour by having such a large spread.......plenty room to breathe.
big spikes and drops on no news is hell for us, unfortunately more susceptible to the warrants.
....is 2.13 -2.195
not sure why the ask has been at 2.3 or 2.4 for the last 24 hours?
