I meant... ....all too exciting...hyper-ventilating ..it has been a v v v long & lonely wait lol
£3.10 on ask ..still massive discount to DWHT ...dyor (if there is anyone watching and learning) ...no advice intended
..
here to be helped lol
You talking to yourself again - get a dog! Lol atb & gl
@ 3.07...interesting to see how the MMs play this...sharp rise up...or gentle teasing out of weak holders? ..aaoo
all looking v good...and bid up to £3.05
..
above the bid for nearly 10% flip not bad..bodes well.. ...and I am still fanatically long here lol
..and this may fly ...up up high (well toward £4+ and reduce/narrow the ridiculous discount to less 25%) ...all opinion only/no advice intended!
MMs low on this stock imv ...(they sold large line several weeks ago... and never got it back from shareholders throwing in their cards/shares sub £2.80p...well that's my blinkered take on where we are lol).. ...suspect strongly that the £14k trade yesterday was a buy (tick uo immediately after not before)..if not why still keen on stock here?? Jolly excited/strapped in
was one last year (2012) and 2010 but cannot see one for 2011
just ended may be higher than lemmink worked out...in particular the recently acquired (feb 2013) Dual Engraving based in Perth, WA may contribute c£0.5m (assuming flat performance) and they may have better aligned costs to depressed revenues in transport.. ...I'd be Jolly disappointed if EBIT is a long way below £4m (which would be nearly 30% down on last year and 40% decline on like for like basis), a figure low by historic standards ...EV here is c£25-30m depending on how you look at the pension deficit...so EV/EBIT looks underdemanding ...and then there is the 40% discount of non voting A to ords ...and the director purchase of A shares yesterday (and great longterm stable aligned management) ...wot not to like?? ...all Jolly excitable and amateur opinion only ...dyo r & thinking, all
02 October 2013 Dewhurst PLC ("Dewhurst" or the "Company") Director Dealing Dewhurst plc, an independent supplier of quality components to the lift, keypad and transport industries was notified today that Mr. Richard Dewhurst, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000 non-voting 'A' ordinary shares ("'A' Shares") on 2 October 2013. The 'A' Shares were purchased at a price of £2.849 per share. Accordingly, Richard Dewhurst's beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company which carry voting rights is unchanged at 494,333 ordinary shares representing 14.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and 125,666 'A' Shares representing 2.4 per cent. of the total issued 'A' Shares.
thanks as ever
Circa 1hr of skim reading various stuff ... 5.2 million A shares (DHWHA) and 3.3 million O shares (DWHT) = 8.5 million shares (all same bar voting rights imo). 2012 PE ratio 7 (using current price £3) Outlook (AR 2012) grim and balance sheet written down in anticipation ... Current NAV circa £2.50... 2013 interims-- Hit to profits materialised 2013 forecast EPS (mine 1.85 x H1) = 26p ... debt free and cash per share currently £1 ish. *** Products *** Not butchers! ... The group makes key pads, buttons and stuff for ATM's Lifts and Train doors ... Not sure whether touch screen tech developments are a threat? or something the group can offer also? *** Point of main interest to me *** I think DWHA is trading off a PE of 11.5 and DWHT is trading off substantially higher (cant remember current sp £5 ish?) ... can't see myself becoming a buyer, because I worry profitability may fall further... Does appear to be a very well run and trust worthy outfit though.
I meant ...doh ...was it a buy or sell that one at 8.5x??
up to 310 on bid...MMs have little of this beaut imv...small buying pushing price UP ...DWHA is c£5...so still whacking 40% discount ...and the Dewhurst seem jolly decent to an amateur like me ...aaoo/dyor
lol
...feels like worm is finally turning lol
hyperventilating here lol
