The company continues to reach milestones and personally I am waiting for the CEOLS news to come out this should put a different perspective on the valuation of the company.
Nothing more than expected, or the SP would have tanked. It appears we are all about 2 years too early in this share.
The graph shows a clear rise off the base level ...Still 60% down but heading in the right direction .

I don’t usually post across from other sites but the below comment is from Zak’s traders cafe - it was too good not to post;
Comment: The share price and sentiment towards CTL remains out of kilter, a point underlined by the revelation that the pilot plant is up and running. This is a white smoke above the Vatican milestone for the company.

In case you missed it.
Please wold someone send me a link to the udate tonight. Been watching this share
So we now we can produce at an example production of 1 tonne per month, so production proven, tick! Now as you say it is about the ability to go into full scale production and that is the CEOL, I had thought we would have an announcement in March but think it might be April now (tho an exact timeframe seems to not be part of the process). Another solid step forward indeed and derisks the business substancially, an ability to start sourcing contracts with purchasers will be next at least on a prospective basis...
So good it was posted twice. The webinar tonight should be interesting moving from a junior mining company into production. Looking forward to a Ceols update which shouldn't be too far away each milestone de risks the company etc.
The important news is that the DLE processing works....this has been a key question mark all the way through the early stages. I did expect the market to move up a bit further than it has done.

Superb news, targeting future strategic partnerships including MAJOR auto and battery manufacturers and offtake agreements. Significant milestone achieved by the company
Let’s just hope it goes up as fast as it went down…….
An actual producer.....

This is so very important as a milestone to tick off and will no doubt form the backbone of tonights chat. BWMM

CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CleanTech Lithium" or the "Company")
Pilot Plant Commences Operation with First Lithium Chloride Eluate Produced
CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, Frankfurt: T2N, OTCQX: CTLHF), an exploration and development company advancing lithium projects in Chile, announces that the operation of the Company´s pilot plant has commenced and is producing lithium chloride eluate from the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) process.
Pilot Plant Highlights:
· Commissioning phase of DLE pilot plant completed and operation underway
· Brine from the Laguna Verde project is being fed into DLE columns where lithium chloride is extracted onto the adsorbent, before desorption with water to create a purified lithium chloride eluate
· First production of eluate was completed in the past week
· A reverse osmosis unit at the pilot plant will be used to concentrate the eluate
· The pilot plant has a design capacity of 1 tonne per month lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) as concentrated eluate
· The concentrated eluate will be shipped in batches to North America for conversion into battery-grade lithium carbonate
· The Company will determine the appropriate volume of each batch based on end user requirements and conversion cost considerations
· The Company has engaged Conductive Energy for the conversion, utilising standard industry processing steps
· The pilot plant will be used for process optimisation and product verification and will provide important input into the Pre-feasibility study (PFS) currently underway for the project
· Operation of the pilot plant will place CTL among a small number of companies in the lithium exploration sector to produce meaningful quantities of battery grade product at pilot scale
· Samples of the product will be made available to potential strategic partners such as major auto and battery manufacturers, in preparation for off-take agreements
Commenting, Aldo Boitano, Chief Executive Officer, of CleanTech Lithium PLC, said:
"I am very pleased to inform the market that our pilot plant has commenced operation with the first volume of lithium chloride eluate produced. Batches of concentrated eluate will be shipped to North America to be converted into battery grade lithium carbonate by a third-party processor. This pilot plant plans to produce significant quantities of battery grade product for evaluation by potential strategic partners, making CTL one of the few companies in the sector to produce pilot scale volumes of battery grade product. The pilot plant positions CTL as a leader in the sector and in Chile, with first eluate production representing a significant milestone for the Company."
Further Information
The Company´s pilot plant, which is located at the Company´s R&D Centre in Copiapó, some 250km from Laguna Verde, underwent an extended commissioning phase which is now co
Edging closer to news on the ceol - that's a catalyst that I am thinking starts the ball rolling. Lake Resources been absolutely smashed in last few days (on top of being smashed already), cap raise at a 40% discount and arguably will not be able to raise finance for the project (they based their NPV on 33,000 usd per tonne LCE) - that makes for another project that may find getting difficulties raising capital to finance the build and thus another lump of future product falls by the wayside....
Just Wonder when Canaccord Genuity Buy will come to fruition ???
In lieu of any CTL specific news (due a few bits anytime) I see it’s now over 16,000 usd a tonne for battery grade - as of today.
Meaningful move back toward their 22,500 base case they used for the models.
Nice to see the 1st signs of the Lithium price getting back toward normal market levels, this process will likely continue thru to the end of FY24, well ahead of any production from CleanTech Lithium, so this is already academic in relation to the stock.
