Ahhhhahahah imagine. That would be savage. The note with the payment says "don't tell anyone who was issued shares in 2018 and early 2019 cos we messed up so need to keep it a secret"
We have been paid, and just not told you
Very quiet here..... Surely we are due for another delay this week?
My best guess would be - "The company is pleased to announce that the Paying Agent has concluded it's work on the share certificate anomalies and will be issuing notifications shortly"
that then tells us nothing new, but sounds good enough to keep the believers going. It also leaves things open ended without any further timescales which suits him.
Nah, if nothing else, the guy’s pretty creative.
I imagine by now Amit has run out of excuses he can think up.
Most investors had already moved on from the Ctag series 1 episodes that were all centred on the Onitor & which was then deleted from the UK market listings.
Some at that time then persevered in seeking claims of fraud whilst the rest of us had indeed wrote off the Onitor.
Fast forward 3 years to December 2021 & several Pi’s were then awoken to the Ctag series two episodes with a ‘deal having been reached’ centred on SaaP & DaaP.
Then in 2022, notice of publicised ‘deals for Ctag commodities for $275M’ which then brought all the players back to the table.
‘If you don’t think it’ll pay, just move on and forget about it.’
So that then appears to be a core tenet of Wokiestan fundamentalist policies ? ie. anyone that disagrees with ‘us’ are to remain silent and then if our philosophical thinking pr lack of , is then found to be incorrect, we can ‘simply forget about it.. just write it off’.
Which some would argue is the most cowardly commitment of all.
Less of the negative vibes with those ‘please stop goading’ as the reality can often be far removed ; the ‘goading’ is likely centred on a targeted audience who don’t post their notices on this bb. And it is then just purely coincidental that some external notices get promulgated.
Poor agents, the work must be super hard
Almost 2 weeks since we were told that anomalies were largely resolved.....
Zzzzzzz
I personally don't have much of an issue with people believing that Amit is going to finally come good - sure, I don't think that this is supported by any evidence (quite the reverse, in fact), but hey, everyone's entitled to an opinion.
I certainly have no issue at all with people who hope for a positive outcome - why not? After all, as the man said, hope for the best, plan for the worst.
What I suspect is most liable to attract counter-comment are posts insisting on assuring one and all that a positive outcome is much more likely than not.
the reason they’re here is it’s a free hit to do what many brits do best, be a cowardly *******
it’s win win for these people, if the deal is proven to be fake they can trumpet i told you so ad nauseum
if it’s a success they can announce that they’re pleased for everyone.
only the weak seek to place themselves into a situation where they believe they can’t lose
"Read through my posts and put my sentence back together"
To most this would be a most boring task. You still believe Amit, that says a lot about your judgement
“Whispering people have thought we are at the end of the line for multiple years.
IMO you will still be saying we are at the end of the line this summer, then autumn and so on”
You’re another B3ast who likes to take what someone actually says out of context. Read through my posts and put my sentence back together… in context.
And why would it concern you or anyone what I think ?
Why yourself and others are here if you’re convinced it’s a dead duck (unless it’s just to goad others?)… well that’s something I just can’t figure
How long does one wait before what?
Holders are powerless, it either happens or it doesn’t happen in time. What is this mythical window in time at which you want to write off the investment and what is the gain in having it?
If you don’t think it’ll pay, just move on and forget about it. That’s simple enough isn’t it? Or do you revel in being “right” that it hasn’t happened?
At what point do you keep poking and kicking others? 6 months? A year? For ever?
Problem is 1984 how long does one wait before accepting the inevitable as it's already been well over 18 months, 30 odd bs updates and still no payment?
Maybe Amits plan is hoping that the shareholders die off before him.
Who knows beast? But as they say one swallow does not a summer make
You might have to suck multiple co**s
"There simply isn’t anywhere else to go… we’re at the end of the line…"
Whispering people have thought we are at the end of the line for multiple years.
IMO you will still be saying we are at the end of the line this summer, then autumn and so on
… & (3), even if one disregards amit’s personal credibility / status/position, does the large corpus of cloudtag updates, taken as a whole, have good persuasive validity and face validity, i.e. coming across as internally coherent, consistent, and being a ‘good fit’ with what we would expect and understand from a business of this kind in this domain?
We shall have to just wait and see 🙂
… & so (2), does amit have a personable high credibility, v widely recognised in the business community, for his wisdom, achievement, judgement, etc in the field as a whole, even if not so specifically in relation to DaaPs etc? [… in the sense that one would tend to listen very carefully to thoughts of lloyd blankfein, warren buffet or jamie dimon about stocks and shares, and corporate affairs, even if one knew that they were not particularly expert about a very specific company or sub-sector]
… so, (1) does amit have a demonstrable track record [repeated, frequent, long-standing, recent?] of setting up, developing and selling companies on his own which he has then sold for large sums to the benefit of shareholders who have invested in him?
Whispering tends to over-complicate, whether by constitution or design i am unsure.
there seems to be agreement between most enthusiasts and most sceptics that there is no independently verifiable public domain info to show that cloudtag has developed and sold tech / IP for quarter of a billion plus.
therefore, most of the argument hinges around the degree to which cloudtag’s umpteen updates are credible or not, with both enthusiasts and sceptics tending to accept that the updates are probably driven by amit himself (i.e. rather than an impersonator).
Well done Helx, with you all the way.
Think the Scottish bore has backed down now🤣
Anyone think Spikey is Antha, Antha is Spikey.
Seems like all the bad asses are out today
"The evidence for greatly outweighs the evidence against"... really?
The SOLE "evidence for" comprises multiple repeated assurances from the same single individual. Yep, just one individual - so it is merely and purely a case of "because Amit said so". There is literally no other independently verifiable evidence.
Okay, so all one can do is then gauge the plausibility, credibility and veracity of that individual - and to do that, the only rational starting point is to look at said individual's track record of issuing accurate and/or truthful statements.
As has been long picked over, literally everything ABH has ever said relating to Cloudtag that could be disproved has been disproved. Even if one limits oneself and only looks at at the website announcements made over the last 2 1/2 years (and there have been 39 of those), every single one of those that has mentioned something that either is or becomes easily checkable - such as a deadline date or the name of a bank - has turned out to be categorically and provably false.
In fact the naming of the bank where the $50 million licence funds were deposited and its subsequent rapid deletion from the 22/03/24 update is probably the most recent large red flag. Here just as a reminder is how that very recent particular website update originally started:
"22 Mar 2024 — The licensing fees have been deposited with CIBC Bank, located in Chicago, Illinois...."
So the single individual issuing assurances about Cloudtag has a literally undeviating track record of putting out information and promises that so far have all turned out to be false. I would say that is is therefore pretty easy to gauge this source's plausibility, credibility and veracity.
"The evidence for greatly outweighs the evidence against"... not in this reality, I'm afraid.
