A word of caution on those who might believe (or have previously believed) ppl like chandra on twitter. You have to question someone who could be fed so many lies from Amit everyone loses count but yet still puts the word out that they're positive.

I believe what's happened is that Amit found himself this gullible person and used him in two ways. 1. to continue to extract money from over the years through being fed lies. 2. using them to spread a positive msg that 'all is well' (despite never being shown evidence of anything) so that other shareholders would both continue to give him cash and/or hold off on going legal.

They're either a dangerous accomplice or a dangerous gullible shareholder who has been given too much airtime

Exactly, the funds should be used to start phase 2, phase 1 is a total waste everyone and their dog knows Amit wont produce any accounts because he can't

Also there's nothing official to show the shareholding everyone has is even linked to st vincents, many will have the old certs linked to the now closed caymans company.

The best time for legal action was when the company delisted, or when the ipo didn't materialise. I fear by now Amit would have spent all the money or moved it into other untouchable legal entities, not to mention convincing his most loyal followers to cough up more cash over the years. Talking of which we haven't had any rocket emoji's this month have we?! Surely some would definitely bring us all good news just like they have previously.....

Tim this first step to ask Amit to produce audited accounts will not amount to anything. There are no accounts, no sale process as there's no buyer. All it will be is a huge waste of everyone's funds, better to go straight after him as a fraudster conning people into parting with their money.

BigRab no one will hear anything. The agents were made up by Amit to sell more shares to his longest blind followers who couldn't see it was a scam years ago. The fake email he used from J&J has now been posted on twitter, some invested thousands off the back of that!!

So basically directors taking a nice monthly wedge whilst doing very little!

I think everyone now realises the 'agents' & 'notifications' were all made up. I'm almost certain Amit made them up to sell more shares

I would agree the total time is 8 months, though I suspect his loyal followers have forgotten that. They're too busy posting nonsense on twitter amid handing him new wads of cash

I'm surprised he hasn't updated to say the agents have been fired or pulled out. Maybe he was going to but can't because people predicted it in advance. I can't see where an excuse would go from here other than 'due to initiated legal action notifications have been stopped at the request of the company/regulator'.

They have stopped tweeting but I think they are complicit or amit used them to keep shareholders at even more of an arms length. The lot of them should feel total shame
