I think even the term holder is a stretch here. He has moved company/jurisdiction so many times is there an actual auditable trail to link your shares to a current trading company. I admit I haven't bothered to try and check this but I'm dubious a solid one exists.

You are right it was totally laughable they dispel the rumours but then confirmed it's what they're pretty much going to do. You couldn't make it up! Stay well clear of stocks like this i'd say!

So the directors want investors to fill their pockets while they buy bitcoin.....you're all better off buying bitcoin yourself and not supporting an easy director life here
