"are you really so thick that you don't understand this."
Don't take out your anger on me Trom, wasn't me who has fleeced you and then continued to lie to your face for years.
hoping to get something back no is fools hope
Whispering "If this is all a scam… why bother ?"
It's this opinion which kept so many people hanging on for years thinking 'why would he bother doing all of this?'. The answer whether others like to believe it or not is money.
"I have my own theories and opinions on a wide range of subjects none of which you'd likely be remotely interested in and none of which I care to share with you"
aka you can't explain it, I get it. Btw I was only asking your opinion on Cloudtag as these boards after all are for exactly that.
Yes maybe they aren't. Certainly throws the J&J rumours he endorsed into the bin doesn't it...
Maybe you have your own theory Trombone about why nothing he's said has come true??
Maybe the agents have decided to use carrier pigeons, after getting them to peck a signature on an NDA document of course.
Well said Petebo.
Amit quickly moved on from the whole 'daap announcement' without ever really explaining why. Any listed company who makes an acquisition would have to communicate this to the markets.
"they’d likely be fully up to speed re company updates, shares in issue,"
Sorry but no one is 'up to speed on this' because nothing on the website can be trusted at all.
While mugs might seem like a strong term, I daresay by the end of this year when no payments have happened that is indeed how some might feel. I feel like one myself for believing what he said in 2016!!
Zero issue with anyone with an opposing view. I'm not trying to change their mind only open up to the possibility it's a fraud (some can't admit that it might be)
re. shares being sold in recent times. If this turns out to be proven or someone confirms it then that also confirms Amit has made further lies about the book being closed etc.
Perhaps my historic anger toward Amit is mistaken for an attack on those who still believe him. People can believe what they want but at least by having an open mind it reduces the chances of anyone else ever buying more off him as I can't stand the thought he's still making money from this and taking people for mugs.
Chimers I know it looks that way but I am a shareholder like many others here.
So in a way I am as you say an onlooker only so far as I realised this was a con some years back, but equally am semi part of the burning tower because believe it or not I still hold some shares which I bought in 2016 around the time Liam's blog was being banded about. You may not believe me but I have fairly extensive knowledge about cloudtag since that time which would be ludicrous if I didn't hold shares.
"I know of one person who sold but it was song before the 23 November 2022 sale announcement"
Yep probably the same person, I also don't know of anyone selling after Nov 2022.
Going back to Abh - if one does believe his latest update despite all the previous lies then logic would say the agents should at least send out a few emails next week thus someone should be able to verify. But if we get to Friday 12th April with zero comms as we have so far then will Helx etc admit something fishy is going on?
I understand that logic 1984, but over the years i'm also aware of at least one person who sold their shares in the early days of delisting and also since then sometime post the 'ipo'.
I'm not aware of anyone who would sell now mind you so that's a fair point.
@Spikeyj I entirely agree. I think the remaining true believers (I don't actually put 1984 into this camp) are a mix of gullible or in so deep financially or emotionally that they can't see clearly. It's been medically shown that the brain does try and avoid trauma and in some cases even makes up a series of events so the person doesn't have to come to terms with the stark reality. I think a lesser version of that is going on here where it's mentally easier to force belief of Amit's updates than realise it's a con
"I’ve spoken to plenty and never found anyone who bought in the last few years"
Then they're in different circles to you. No need for anyone to believe it as it makes no difference to the ending here.
They are/were a shareholder who many years ago strongly defended ABH on these boards without question. They also did the same in some twitter groups from what I have been told.
I also believe she met ABH for a short meeting with Tim Ashdown and came away singing his praises, how he was a great businessman and would never lie etc
At some point over the years they either deleted their account or moved off these boards i'm not entirely sure but most likely still believes Amit and in her own world thinks this will come good.
"There’s no evidence that anybody has given him any money for several years"
Not evidence that can be posted here as only the individuals who bought can do that. However if you speak to different people you will realise that in fact Amit has been selling.
Spikey I think Helx is one of the few entirely lost and swallowed up in the world of believing Amit can only be telling the truth.
there have been a few others like him which I think still to this day defend him at every opportunity. All I see coming is a significant mental impact once the realisation sets in.
Helx you'd be wrong on that one, people have been buying more shares which is why Amit has kept it all going with a string of updates which never happen.
ask yourself:
If the deal was real why was there no daap announcement last year as he stated there would be.
If the deal was real why has not one single PI or broker heard from the agent in 5 months
If the deal was real why wouldn't Amit tell us who the acting agent is (after all one single email/phone call from them and everyone would quickly find out who they are anyway).
Keep living in lala land, one day it will sink in so just be prepared mentally for that to happen.
Lol, as with all updates just enough to keep the most gullible hanging on "just another couple of weeks".
1984 enjoy the egg
Best Amit would do is probably another worthless website update stating he's forwarded the emails onto the fictitious agent. this would buy him another few weeks and create a setup to pass blame onto them for not processing them.
As always happy to be proven wrong but he's become so predictable these days. Whatever his updates say just presume the opposite will happen ie. if he promises agent contact there won't be any
1984 no one is processing anything! Deep down you must know it
