Amit has begun his exit strategy, dangling some nonsense carrot about a new non exec. If everything was done and the company had fulfilled all it's obligations you wouldn't need to bring someone on last minute. Someone else made this point that if this was needed it would have been at the time agents were about to send notifications. Anyone remember that hilarious IT outage he used ?

Maybe finally you can admit he was a fraudster all along....

Amit's basically said he's stepping down and won't be issuing anymore updates. Perhaps after several months the final penny will drop
