Legitimate companies do not operate in this way, regardless of having multiple listed securities or not. That's just a smokescreen he is using to blind those who aren't well versed

No ability to see into the future, just a logical thinker well versed in business. I can 'talk in your language' and state i'm on £100k+ (not that uncommon these days with inflation) holding a global role (including America) therefore more 'qualified' to state Cloudtag will only have one outcome....which is no one will get anything.
