I’m sorry but didn’t Art explicitly say no more dilution / placings? didn’t he make that perfectly clear during suspension?
I guess Cuda situation was a curve ball opportunity but this company and man need a much much much better investor relations model. Post suspension we have a serious amount of new shares and what is the bloody point of taking early risk if you get massively penalised ( chuckles to self ) for it! If anything investing with Art / COPL is shooting yourself in the foot.
He better damn well get us a closet of new shoes and prosthetic feet with his new money.
Correct he did state that, but then again it’s not the first time that’s happened….expect more of the same
I said a few weeks back that this continued drop looks like a forward sold placing and here we are. So they would have started discussions with II's to raise this money before or during suspension, raised the money during or just after suspension lifted then II's sold into it all the way down to current price. So COPL win as pays his salary, II's win by robbing PI's and PI's left mugged off as usual (except the ones who buy in at this price). What you can conclude from this is that Art isn't being truthful when he says no placings required. He has form when it comes to being deceptive with PI's (remember the video from few years ago where he bigged up the company then hit PI's with a massively discounted placing a few days later). Anyway, this is now a good buy-in price I think
A placing what a surprise!
AM now back to his old form of blatant lying, the pi's get shafted as always and the bod with their forward selling mates win again, I reckon at some point pi's will finally loss patience and remove AM from the bod, he's lied too often now.
Sorry for not replying earlier but I had, several run ins with that soft arse Jamie424 yesterday
Yes Blue Star doing very well I increased my holding with as well
Very positive share chat on that our Blue Star site as well We will have to wait and see if ART fulfills his promise to buy Cuda
Yes it become all too clear, the man is an openly deceitful and vindictive liar. Not to be trusted at all. for me now anyway, I have zero faith in his word, and that makes remaining invested difficult.
It’s actually disgusting how he’s treated private investors through all this.
Anyway, I dont think we are main market.. this is still AIM.
The only faith I have in him now is that he’s a cut throat pirate and will get us a share of the treasure no matter what. But will never, ever see him as a true Captain.
I agree Art doesn't appear to be a man we can trust. I too am annoyed about the way this Placing has been arranged. But you don't have to like him.We are where we are and the Cuda deal should make us prosper in the medium of term
Fool
Just because you seemingly have loads of money but no decency
12toes /quartermain is a nicer character than you he needs psychiatric help maybe you should join him
Hey Boiler
You let some steam off chum, crack on.
Hopefully BLU will 20x and you will get your losses back.
I'll repeat very briefly what I said at 30p. This company has massive negative retained earnings. That means it's been hugely loss making for a very long time and the only thing it can do is pay wages.
Yes, I was stupid not to sell when I could at 21.
Sold out again at 20, can't risk the drop, but I definitely want to buy in lower if I get the chance.
Art might well drop good news leaving me kicking myself...
I wish he had consolidated what we already have and had grown the company in a slow linear progression.
To be fair to him he's consistent in his behaviour.
Probably a bad decision Ironhide, just a feeling like last time.
Ironhide, you guys concluded that. I strongly disagree. I'm not going to go over old ground though. If you want to continue thinking I'm wrong, that's fine with me.

That could be part of my feeling.
Said before many times Iron
the lenders not investors , involved in these events , have zero interest in the company
and their own agenda, they will make a profit , pump and dump by hook or by crook
was only around ten days ago 32m or 3.2 Billion in old churned in 6 sessions and we have
had drip feeding leading up to that blitz and since, they typically also play both ends and
will get the safe easy profits they want, or leave themselves with a smaller free ride (type2
wonga lender) just in case it does fly but rarely in their immediate thoughts.
That blitz and the rangebound bouncing, suggest those 20p shares have been manipulated
and dripped and make the overall churn this year totals make more sense than they did
previously
Nice strong UT at 11am sked daily auction period 20.50p
:))
Iron
That is my thinking.Lets say art said to me I need 8 mil and you can have the shares at 20p.
Looking at the fundamentals and the future returns and sp I would not even consider selling until I made at least 50% profit from my investment.
Maybe that's just me thinking out loud but this is what I do on every share I hold in different companies.
GLA
It's the well that worries me now too much to hold this. If the placees aren't holding for the well then I can't risk it either.
I still think this is bullish medium term.
I don't exactly blame Art here, I don't think he had a choice, and it's the right decision to get cuda.
But the need for it is due to things not going particularly well in general, and that is his responsibility.
and as you rightly point out , they got HALF A MILLION QUID in fees to start the ball rolling
they never loose out , safe quick buck profits , every time.

since the late 90's , most of the markets finances as the banks and REAL financial institutions
pulled right back (due to getting ripped off by many wide boy ceo/bod) has been by the new
breed that like scum rose to the surface , cln based evil , like YA (on its 3rd or 4th name since
inception in 2000) and the rise of the pump and dumpers , like Hadron et al
They are wonga lenders using two formats , to get safe easy profits and on their toes , no danger
of getting caught out by a duster , profits banked plus a large fee, to provide quick funding or
just keep the lights on survival funding.
Type 1 Wonga , pump and dumps rinse repeat (rangebound) until completely clear ASAP
Type 2 Wonga, same but usually commence on a higher spike, selling down to leave a Freebie
holding, after recovery of loan amount and some profits, just in case.
REAL Investor , takes a stake in the company and holds (spot the difference) looking for both
organic growth (increasing MC non diluted) and de risking once/twice a year Dividends
The latter , usually do not enter the game , until their own stringent investment criteria is met
for the UK usually, looking for a stable MC over £50m with high growth potential (so Copl is
very much in the game for the latter, Arty needs to buck up to achieve the former)
These same criteria , are usually enforced once investments have been made and if fail to be
maintained , they will dump just as quickly as they gathered, like a certain group of pharma
companies , all shafted by the same well known fund leader exiting them all very quickly.
Distressed seller , savage drop , buying ops but all current holders massacred when it hit
The Death spiral CLN types and the sub £50m lenders , only ever interested in their own agenda
if a given company roars , win , win , they make more exiting but rarely, a right now consideration
Even seen some exit all the way , during an anticipation rise on a drill , TR1 gone , few days later
drill , DISCOVERY GUSHER and 500-1000% rise, they would not care , probably made £12-£15m
on the anticipation rise.
Gone , safe, funds recovered , massive profit and that RNA , could have said DUSTER and lost it
all back to square one , bird in the hand etc
:))
Would not back against , your RNA message wording LB
but hoping after all the efforts, the Dakota is positive.
:((
Thankyou hopingforbags, I have read your messages on this before, you are probably right.
I actually anticipated a placing for cuda but I guessed that the process would take a good long while and the sp would be higher by then.
What I didn't anticipate was Art placing long before he would need the money!
Expertly put HFB.
Well (no pun intended) now that’s out the way, let’s get the positive news flow going.
