Tomorrow possibly, or end of March if there is any truth in book5’s comments about artisanal miners being told to leave the land?
Does seem odd that we have had nothing whatsoever this year.
I think in retrospect the asset sale route was probably always part of the plan and this is a professional process to flush out all potential interested parties at the same time and see if the price is right. If it is not, and given a lot has changed since the dark days of Sleepy Joe throwing in some instability, then i assume the market will support cracking on and there are big fish with big pots of money looking for a home. Obviously to not have offers would be incompetent to a very high degree but i cannot imagine anyone would have started this process without several weak enquiries coming in that needed to be firmed up professionally. The likes of Calibre, Rio and probably others are all picking over the project. I guess we will find out where things are in due course and hope we have several highly motivated buyers roughly around the numbers previously reported of $100m+ as that is triple bag todays market cap. Personally i hope for a white knight JV partner to come in with the cash, perhaps as a loan, take a decent stake in the company and crack on. This means the investor will get their money back at a decent interest rate witin 12 months of operation and then get the upside on the shares that can probably double their money. Nicaragua seems by glObal standards pretty stable for miners and Calibre etc are all making record profits so while the field might be less if some companies see Nic as too risky i would be surprised they are even a miner given the low hanging fruits are depleted and the best mines are those that have never been properly exploited due to historic instability. Fortune favours the brave.
My last 3 trades that were all BUYS, have shown as SELLS.
Curious how they are going to ‘present’ at the Master Investor show? Perhaps they know something we don’t? The next ‘big opportunity’ lol
How to kill a share in 3 easy steps staring onion head and get paid for it.
That is not an option. If we do not sell or have a viable plan to commence build then the Nic government will pull our permits. They must sell the asset or get funding to commence build, or they will lose everything.
Three months since the sale of assets announcement and no updates at all, fairly typical for CNR sadly. The fact that CNR are going to the inappropriately named Master Investor Show in April suggests that there is no interest in buying the assets and we will limp along with no plans to build a mine and no options to do anything else, at least the directors will still get paid till the latest money runs out.
This is getting sold for a song. Be lucky to see 40p i think. Worst timing, in fairness to MC he's tried to play this game with a straight bat but sometimes you just have to grease the palms of others to make things happen.
The NIC goverment is going to have the final say in who takes this asset, and we wont like it. Value in ground means bugger all when the state comes knocking on your door
Nicaragua voting with n Korea, Syria, Belarus in supporting Russias Ukraine war. Nicaraguan citizenship stripped from numerous opposition figures.

You would make a pony politician as all you do is talk what you believe people would like to here

Also, I could only buy in £5k or £10K Chunks but they were very quickly available. Impression I got was that that market maker already had the shares but was only selling in small lots.
Wasn't insider buying - just decided that I might as well have a £50k punt at 16-17p
Or you might have already loaded up while people were being fearful/disgraceful about the ceo
Well something happened around 12 suddenly a pop with some large buys… followed immediately by some selling which tells you people are primed to sell the first chance they get. RNS on the way at last?
If a Director buys or sells shares it has to be reported by RNS at the time. I would think the Directors have been unable to buy or sell for some time as they will have inside information regarding the sale process.
It is frustrating not to have had an update in the 3 months since the sale process was announced. I suspect it is difficult to issue anything meaningful about on going negotiations without giving away information that may hinder those negotiations. Shareholders will just have to await the next news.
CF well that's how I read it. It shows TX date (which I take to be transaction date) so whilst the filing date is this month it's actually all ancient history?
It's about 15000 shares.....worth 2400 pounds.
We have to discuss something like that in 2023..
Thanks onion ass
Ah, so you are saying these filings are from older filings that are just now being processed?
Next scam
Onion head sitting in his london flat with a big fat cigar and scotch on the rocks contemplating his name is Scam regular updates I promise
Ummmmmm I don't think you are reading the same thing as me?
The SEDI filing document suggests to me that John Stalker acquired 5,000 shares in December 2022 as part of the raise and 10,000 shares on the open market last September.
It equally suggests that MC hasn't acquired any shares since November 2021...

Ian stalker has just bought $50k at 22p ($0.365 I think cad not usd). MC has bought some more too, around 17p ish average.
Unfortunately, with the recent US sanctions, Nicaragua may be a bit toxic for some of the majors. I suspect we'll end up being sold to the Chinese at a commensurate price. Still hopefully more than 16p though.
No, I don't believe anything here anymore.
If someone had told me in 2010 that we would be at 0.8p old money in 2023.....
But the onion ass makes it possible.
For this we paid him a few millions in salary.
