Another nothing post from a belly slitherer. Well past time you phoned a friend, yet again
"because I choose not to belly slither with a whimper" Completely missing the point as usual, and failing to realise that NOTHING you do will affect this shareprice, whether your misguided "tally ho and over the top of the trenches!" attitude or a realistic one that this share has largely been a disaster. Still, I suppose getting aggressive and calling people names helps ease the pain of accepting all the money you've lost eh? That's what really counts for nothing. Your holdings. Just like I've been saying all along. :)
''maybe the message I've been putting forward will finally get through Condescending prose of a fool My hopes are up and will stay that way because I choose not to belly slither with a whimper maybe the message I've been putting forward will finally get through to you, you count for nothing. Surprised if the annulment is rejected as there are 17 points for which but one is needed to be successful. My glass is always half full and eager for a top up
Or perhaps the gods will look as favourably as they have at virtually every key decision. Are these shares at their lowest ever? Either way, maybe the message I've been putting forward will finally get through - don't get your hopes up. Save yourself some disappointment, and instead have a nice surprise if anything does actually come out of all this. Happy Christmas all.
First off, It is nice to see this chat board up and running again. I suspect the risk is as high now as it was when ICSID ruled against Churchill as that position has yet to be reversed, and may not be. For me a took a gamble when 30 and bought 8000. Now I may spend the same and buy another 92,000. This will mean I will have gambled close to what I gambled on Oxus and lost. Perhaps the 'gods of coin toss fortune' will look more favourably this time. We just do not know what will happen . Yet with 17 points of order raised and one needed to be called good to win the annulment I think the odds may be in the favour of Churchill. Should the appeal win and a new hearing ordered. The questions that arise are many and I suspect DQ may not have all the answers. If for no other reason tan ICSID have thus far been pretty fast and loose with their own procedures. So I will just throw some thoughts out for no other reason that they may, or, may not be for consideration . 1/ Can DQ now raise the higher compensation claim that he would have preferred? 2/ Can the financial arrangements for Pala be regarded as a legitimate costs that Churchill may be able to full or part claim. After all if DQ wins the appeal it is quite clear there would have been no need for the funding arrangement. 3/ Have ROI been smart by muddying the waters with their activity on leases being disrupted for uncertainty. The argument being that it is not certain that the claims of forgery are uncertain, yeah I know!! I will be surprised if ROI look to settle, loss of face is almost impossible to live with and suicide would be seen as the better option.....or the disappearance of those suspected....for ever etc. Life is very cheap there.
I shall be adding more small amounts to average down. As It seems the directors have some fight . Albeit a little sporadic
3p.....are we In buying / averaging terrotory?Any thoughts?
thanks for your response, apologies if it is repeated information, as I hadn't seen the rns flash on here I missed that news. I presume the annulment trial is still ongoing? also if I had their shares previously in my H&L account (prior to suspension) anyone know what I can now do with them? thanks in advance
yes - on nex - copy of link from below http://www.nexexchange.com/member?securityid=17818
has Churchill mining started trading again?
prepared to wait a little
Well a huge 5p today after the original 2.9p issue of shares. Could be a while til we see this under performer back in profit . Bets of Luck All
Does anyone know of an Android app with a widget that can track NEX share prices? Unfortunately, the one I used to use - along with any other news one I've tried - don't seem to recognise NEX markets. It would obviously be nice to know when this stock goes through the roof so I can order those two new Ferraris I've had my eye on.
I was able to trade through my broker (Charles Stanley) first thing, although I had to deal over the phone rather than online. There has been buying ...
IG just rang me. They are about to change their price to reflect the current market on NEX and revalue positions. If you wish to trade. You will have to ring them.
Thank you Fregatr.
Current price 3-4 on next exchange http://www.nexexchange.com/member?securityid=17818
Given that the RNSs aren't appearing on here I am guessing (hopefully wrong as usual!) that the price will not appear here when it starts trading. If that is the case can someone recommend where we can get live (or almost live) prices ... just to see how much diddly squat is!?
Another RNS about the last year. the more i read this and now with funds raised to help us to the conclusion i hope the more i cannot believe we will not win?
I agree. Little point in selling at that level . Im in till the end. http://www.nexexchange.com/announcements?newsid=3861337 For those who havent seen it
from 1st decemeber see the price drop to about 3p or thereabouts? who would sell? Not me
By the way . I already own BSP on the NEX market . It`s done OK given time . Let`s hope the Church can do likewise . Good luck
Interestingly we have been valued at around 9p per share again . Via the 500,000 funding for 4% . Well worth seeing this through as we are getting ever closer to some sort of fruition . Best of Luck Father et Al
My understanding is that IG, for example, will come to an agreement with their prime broker to allow a trade our of positions if/when trading resumes. They obviously hold a hedge but the spread will no doubt be unfriendly and voice quotes only. Their prime broker will have contacts on the Nex. Im not holding my breath though but just get charged a daily interest charge! GLA
