Over 750,000 in buys today. Ask still 3.2p at the moment.
Buying started again @ 3.2p level today.
Prehearing period starts today (4th-18th). Await news leading into July's full hearing. SP has slipped back a bit since that nice rise because of no news due during that time. Interesting to see any movements from now through to the full hearing. GLA
4.17p paid today. Yesterday 1.3m traded with vast majority buys.
250,000 bought @ 3.99p.
The claim is for $1,300,000,000. If ROI wanted to get rid of it and offered even a measly 5% that would still amount to getting on for 10 times the current MCap. Agree that could be a way down the road but if the prehearing (between June 4-18th) and hearing itself (July 16-17th) go well (and annulment upheld which appears to have a strong case in favour of it) then the SP should be back to around where it left off @30p-40p to represent the possibility of a fuller settlement (either offer from ROI or judgement of ICSID). Initially that is the game that is on at the moment. GLA
Sorry Fregatr, I'll qualify my statement, I believe there will be no settlement before an annulment decision. Let's be honest, I know nothing! But neither does anyone else on this board (or any other CHL board for that matter!). I just can't see how ROI, who at every opportunity has dragged their heels, failed to engage with the ICSID process and showed complete disregard for the process, would look at settling now (or in the future). This case has years and years to play out. ROI have showed they are willing for this to drag out for as long as possible. This is all conjecture of course! But like many people here I need a 10 bagger from here to just break even, so my intentions are good (whilst also possibly flying in the face of other peoples views)!
Zwemnaar, you say There will be no settlement, but then talk of the (slight) possibility of a settlement ....slight contradiction may be? My post said if and went on to say the market doesnt reflect this possibility otherwise the price would be higher. Still you probably know better.....
Sp gained 50% up last week but LSE does not include NEX shares (although the bb remains from AIM days) and therefore no great fuss was made. Be interesting to see how things go this week as we continue to close in on June and July proceedings. It is possible that we could see this at 9p or 10p during the period if there is any sort of positive sentiment. Long way from the 38p from which it fell but that is to be expected. I guess we could call it some sort of road to recovery though. GLA
The road to recovery is somewhere out there. Best of All
SP rises as per yesterday won't do any harm will they? I bought a few at just above 2p and brought my average down to around 5p so not so bad for me. Good luck fella.
Love it if i can even get my investment back on this. Need a 10 bagger.
Bit of buying going on at 3.75p. GLA
They would settle the case because their 'victory' could be about to be overturned, and for very good reason IMO. As for 'opponent on life support', that is what they would like to have, but they haven't got it.
There will be no settlement, mentioning it is not helpful. The (slight) possibility of a settlement can only occur if/when an annulment is granted. Why would anyone in their right mind settle a case they have already won and have their opponent on life support?
Less than 50k turnover today but good to see interest is building. With all the options the directors took out, I cant see them accepting anything less than 30p if a settlement is offered. May be 2 would be reasonable but most would settle for less IMHO. If the market thought there was a good chance of a settlement, we should be at least at 30p so not counting my chickens. GLA
The guys who bought in at yesterdays and recent price will be more than happy though. Unfortunately this is just a blip for me as my average is about 30p I think?
Lol, true enough. But every journey starts with the first step, and all that blarney.
Only another 1,000% to go and we are back to pre annulment application price.
3.7p to buy now.
3.8p paid so thats up over 50% from yesterday's 2.5p paid, and now RNS speeding ticket issued and can't get a quote at the moment.
2.5p paid. Volume edged up over 1.1m. GLA
RNS out. Things starting to stir a bit. Bit of volume too.
The latest sp is a buy price not a sell price. Just waiting for a half decent settlement when it comes, Glass still half full
2.15p mid
