Absolutely agree mikemike. It is always a giveaway when a poster who claims to be a holder then paints the worst possible picture of the stock and justifies this as trying to protect other potential holders. Completely irresponsible posting by blitzed who has never mentioned the strong arguments against the corrupt claim of the ROI.
Continuum.
Best of All
For once you are correct you have no idea.
''we have no way of knowing which way it'll go, good or bad.''
Ok lets assume that the AC uphold the first decision.
This will then go for Judicial review. There will be no one there to protect the ICSID panel once the 17 reasons for annulment are reviewed. Will ICSID stand yet another reversal of their so called arbitration experts by a duly commissioned legal panel on the grounds of ''incompetence''
ICSID have both eyes over their shoulders looking at the Judicial review panel just waiting in the wings to pounce.
No, its not factored into the SP...... I see none of your well balanced posts reflect this plausible outcome. We know why, it's because in your fantasy you are the only well balanced poster here. lol:))
''You seem to think that being presented with the facts hampers'' I bet ROI are feeling pretty hampered by being dealt with in short shrift fashion by the AC,then having their claim swatted aside is just fact lol.
Quite clearly untrue, based on unbiased, irrefutable historical fact - the share price *is* in the dirt, Churchill as a company is *not* in a strong position here and you only posting buys does not change that. Optimism or pessimism has nothing to do with this (and I'm actually usually a very positive person, just FYI).
My saying so is simply to disprove the distorted situation you and several others are trying to put forward. As I've said before, repeatedly, we have no way of knowing which way it'll go, good or bad. But past performance at least does not suggest the likelihood of the stunning victory that only looking at positives will deluding yourself into believing.
It's irresponsible. Some people may be in desperate financial situations and invest further in this company based on this misleading representation. I know that's possible because while I'm financially secure, I put more money in several years ago before I got wise to what was really happening on these boards.
So stop giving yourself and other people false hope, and just take it as it comes - unless you have some grounded evidence that these buys you're posting are for good reason.
And I'm wondering why you always seem to post negatives which don't necessarily reflect the situation. I guess you are just negative by nature and I'm positive.
"ROI must be wondering just how bad things can go."
You've literally just made this up because you want a good result. One of the requests were rejected and you decide that's "short shrift".
In reality it's nothing to do with optimism or pessimism. You seem to think that being presented with the facts hampers our chances for getting a good result. It literally makes no difference whatsoever and yet you insult anyone who challenges that.
The simple truth is that the only thing worth interpreting at this stage aside from *what actually happens* at the next hearing is what's happened so far.. and anyone honest with themselves will acknowledge it's been a disaster.
So count all the buys you like but our share price is still in the dirt. There's a slim chance that'll be changed at the next hearing and while we will ALL be happy if it does.. past performance says otherwise.
Yes. I'm wondering if, whether you realise it or not, you're only posting positive news, even if doing so doesn't necessarily reflect the reality of the situation.
I post what I feel is important. Are you able to offer any insight as to why you asked the question?
ROI got short shrift from the AC.
ROI must be wondering just how bad things can go. For every sell there is a buy.
After the next hearing the buys could be charging in, if you are an optimist and believe that any one of the 17 claims against the judgement will prosper.
Naturally if you are 'short' or just plain pessimistic you will be expecting and hoping for the worst.
I cannot see the stay of costs getting any mileage
has taken place...details on Churchill Website. Basically just agreed process for 16th/17th July.
Proceedure on ICSID website and interesting to note the tribunal has refused one of ROI's requests for a certain individual to be present, so they're not having it all in their favour by any means.
Guess it will take a while for judgement to be published but an agreement to Annul will send the sp up and may force a settlement. Everything crossed...you never know!
OF: Are you able to offer any insight as to why you're only commenting on buys rather than sells?
As long as it's holiday to somewhere sunny and expensive I'll happily wait it out! lol!
Sorry I was meant to say holiday 2019
679,000 was final total today. All buys, no sells. GLA
4th - 18th for prehearing, I should have said.
Over 550,000 bought today so far with no sells. Bid up to 2.88p. Prehearing meeting news due by 19th of this month (dates for prehearing were between 5th and 18th June. Light at the end of the tunnel perhaps now, but holiday not quite yet in sight Sycric! lol! GLA
If they offer 5% i can get my dosh back ha-ha, i have written off CHL in my mind. Maybe one day i can have a holiday on them. Nice to see the cogs moving though :)
Thanks Johnnyab for doing my job for me! LOL! Nice to see that I have got some sort of audience out there even if it is only the 2 of you! I do post to try to make peeps aware that CHL is still trading because switching the listing to NEX shut off some lines of communication to holders and would-be holders. As I have stated before I bought in at 2.24p as an average down and a punt. It has hit well over 4p recently and with prehearing 'in progress' and July full hearing coming up I think there is reason to be optimistic that the SP will push on again in the very short term. GLA
Many thanks Johnnyab.

Orient: just to say that you're not speaking to an empty room. There is at least one person appreciating your posts :-). Do you have a link to a relevant page where the shares are quoted and available to be tracked (without registering with a broker) please? GLA
Over 750,000 in buys today. Ask still 3.2p at the moment.
Buying started again @ 3.2p level today.
Prehearing period starts today (4th-18th). Await news leading into July's full hearing. SP has slipped back a bit since that nice rise because of no news due during that time. Interesting to see any movements from now through to the full hearing. GLA
