Just found this share... Looks absolutely rock solid. The only question I have - Why the share placing and mortgage?
They seem to have low debt and high amount of cash available? Are they planning a purchase?

The buying has continued this morning (including me), though not the massive sizes of yesterday, but that's a good sign after a great day yesterday. I noticed this from the daily Small Cap Value Report on Stockop**ia. Stocko shows it's not cheap, but that's not always a good thing: quality and momentum measures matter more, and they are great. He ends:
"This does look a very good company, which is already decently profitable. This extra major contract should see results rise considerably. I'm impressed.
Broker update - there's a helpful note from Liberum just out, providing additional colour on this contract win. Although I don't understand why Liberum has not raised its forecasts. Maybe this deal was already baked into its forecast, I don't know. It says the pipeline is strong, and expects further contract wins.
Looks like a company on a roll."
Also a nice quiet board here. I like that! It's also a good sign.
Always nice to see a company with over 50% of their available shares accounted for by major holders, and in Cerillion's case over 60%!
Perhaps even more significant though is the fact that the CEO (and co-founder) has got some serious skin in the game with over 30% of the available shares. Certainly no question whether his interests are aligned with other shareholders!

Very quiet here, fantastic news RNS this morning and I'm expecting CER to come back on to the radars of many institutional and private investors following this news.
Expect a trading update RNS before the end of October for the full year to end of September and what an update that could be with outlook statement for 2021 including at least £10mil from today's contract.
Selfishly I'm hoping this stays below 350p for a few days so I can buy a load more on pay day but happy to have got a starting position at 331p.

AIM: CER
Cerillion plc
("Cerillion" or "the Company")
Largest Ever Contract Win
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to announce its largest ever contract win in an agreement worth £11.2m with a major UK provider of enterprise connectivity solutions. The majority of income, including software licences and services, is expected to be recognised in the next 12 months, and the contract has an overall term of five years.
The contract is for the supply and implementation of Cerillion's Enterprise BSS/OSS* Suite, the Company's pre-integrated end-to-end CRM and billing solution. It will be delivered in a private cloud to support the full 'lead-to-cash' process for a wide range of unified communications services. The contract was awarded following an extended competitive selection process, and delivery is scheduled to begin immediately.
Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion, said:
"We are delighted to have been awarded this major contract, the biggest single win in Cerillion's history. During the selection process our end-to-end capabilities and reputation for successful delivery proved to be the differentiating factors over our competition. This is the latest demonstration of the ongoing momentum of the business and increasing recognition of the quality of our solutions."
Very nice update this morning

Back up nicely now! GLA
Seems overdone if it is based on the results published. Suspect there is a seller upsetting the price.
Big drop on low volumes - surprising ? Views?
Has it been tipped?
Bit of a drop - any reason?
Landing?
Why?
Have they been tipped?
I saw it 3 hours ago, and this is very good news. A share to hold in my opinion. GLA
Just seen it. I cant remember seeing it but the platform says it was issued at 7.00am
There seem to be a lot of small buys. Which suggests its been tipped. Anyone?
Call me old fashioned but I would imagine people found the results pleasing but yes tipping often has more of a hypnotic effect than performance.
There`s a lot of buying by what looks like small investors. Has Cerillion been tipped by IC or Questor?
