Then again I hope it doesn't all go up in smoke as in Michael Caine's film , Harry Brown, lol.
Yes, Cel needs some meat on the bone. I understand that production starts in May on Phase 1&2 yielding £30 mill revenue pa.
Is there a telegram group for shareholders in CEL?
Almost a month since the home office licence was approved, when do people think we will start to see sales coming in?
thanks spyonthewall. held does look quite good so yes fair enough
TT Canaccord put a price of 210p on the shares when they listed over a year ago but a lot has happened since then. Phase 3 will produce £90m of sales and £52m of profits. There are 61.7m shares in issue so the forward eps is 84p. A super growth Company like CEL would normally trade on a pe of at least the mid-twenties but in this market a very low 10x should be achieved, that gives us a short term target of £8.40.
I'm looking for much more than that.
who knows, probably a lot of fluctuations on the way to £15 or more.
Sell them because I would just love to buy them.
Hi CEL holders, anyone here have an opinion on HELD? Thanks
Does anyone have any ball park figures as to what Celdaon should be valued before sales arrive? Or alternatively a share price it is likely to hold at?
I know it’s a very open question but interested in peoples thoughts?
Brains, it seems likely that CEL will be bought just like GW. Either that or the shares will massively re-rate. I listened to the interview again this weekend.
Phase III produces sufficient for 50k patients which gives CEL £90m sales and £52m profits. In the interview James Short says Birmingham CC have been fantastic, hugely supportive, and have brought some property deals for more farms to him. He then says one of the facilities he is looking at will prove enough crop to support 200k patients. That is £360m sales and £208m profits. When they ask him how many patients he can serve by 2027 he says "several hundred thousands, maybe a million".
Just my pennies worth as I sit here thinking about where this could go, all thoughts and opinions welcome. All very much IMO, always DYOR.
Chart wise, I believe it to be looking very nice. Like I said before, higher highs and higher lows being set. Doesn't take much to move the price here.
The BOD own a lot of shares between them, always like to see skin in the game.
My understanding is that Celadon are now the only UK company, and one of a few worldwide, that can sell this product. From James' interview, it seems that the market is there. So I imagine the next stage is sales?
Now, the big point. What do you all reckon the chances of a takeover are? GW Pharma is the example here, and I have seen them referenced both here and in James' recent interview. GW were bought out for $7.2 Billion, around £5.8 Billion on todays exchange rate. Current market cap here is just shy of £100 Million. That's about 58 bags from here!! Seems insane to think of that amount, but what's everyone's thoughts?
My biggest holding in my ISA. This company is going to be huge. First mover, in demand product, roll on the sale contracts.
Just topped up a little and will be putting more into my ISA next week. CEL is a great British company doing good things. Most likely someone will bid for it just like GW Pharma, I just hope James Short is not going to sell out too cheaply.
I’ve added a few more today ;) the bigger picture here is absolutely phenomenal.
I also like the price action here. Looking on the daily chart over the past month or so it seems to be setting higher lows and higher highs, exactly what I want to see from a charting perspective. Ticks all the boxes for me
I’ve accumulated quite a few of these over the last 10 days and although I’m probably down around £8k I’m more than happy to just sit here and let this play out. I will keep adding as and when as the potential here is phenomenal.
Personally sitting happy here with my shares. I have seen how fast this can move so it's just a waiting game for me. Recent updates and interview say it all for me really. Looking forward to more updates as and when they are released. IMO DYOR.
Don’t think much longer to be honest.
Wonder how long before news
Yes, James Short actually mentioned he had property companies offering to fund turning buildings into Hydroponic Cannabis farms and leasing them to Celadon. That would really accelerate the growth of the Company.
They have trials ongoing currently which is exciting plus in the interview on the Sunday roast James said they have lots of LOI’s flying around which is fantastic and they are currently looking at other premises/ facility’s to expand. All in all, very positive and I’m expecting news on these fronts very soon.
