I’ve registered my interest to buy the assets if the company is put into liquidation. There is zero point in investing in a fund manager with 15% annual fees and a big profit commission, any investments should be made directly with the investee companies to have any chance on making a decent return.

I’m not sure how they can justify a 15% management fee for watching over three minority shareholdings that require zero work. The company should be put into run off to minimise costs with shareholders being paid out as and when the sales occur. Then again the lifestyle BOD gravy train would end and none of them will vote for that!

I think Marketscreener, whatever that may be, needs to update its records and not produce information some if which is years out of date.

Why would they ever do that without the regulator stepping in to save investors, they are only interested in extending their gravy train and taking out that 10% each year. The music has to stop sometime as that 10% keeps growing, and what is it for, watching three investments run themselves!

Moneyman, long term holders are only down 90% or so, give him a chance! Remember, with so many companies you can only work one day a week on each one.

I’m surprised the regulators have not stepped in here. It’s quite obviously a lifestyle company, where AS was kicked out by shareholders years ago, but continues to run the company into the ground via his spoof BOD. I guess this will/ should be the last public company job for all of these BOD members so they are now all complicit in dragging out their gravy train for as long as they are able. Looks to me that 2026 might be their final drawdown though.

Who is the best broker to move to? I also have II but they have no liquidity and then always threaten to close my account for doing multiple transactions when they can’t do big ones, so they are no good. Who has the best liquidity?

Worst broker for dealing with corporate actions as well, it’s almost if they are trying to phase out share dealing to concentrate on CFD’s etc.

REF, the next 6 months should see new, top universities added to start the formation of a center of excellence for quantum research, plus the first IP should start to drop in. Your guess is as good as mine for an SP target, but if the BOD continues to build as they have so far, many multiples of where we are today would be my guess.

Add in the spice of a tight float, (put in a bid for say 100,000 shares and see your quote) plus the large USA investors have not yet arrived in force, it could get interesting. Good Luck to all invested.

Surely this company is just as bad as Tern other than it isn't quiet bust yet? Its performance is very similar. How can you have invested in AI business's over the last 5 years or so and still be 95% down on your investments? The only winners here must be the management as shareholders have nearly lost everything.

Hopefully a big win is coming to allow those in around 1p to escape, or will any cash be spent somewhere else or maybe a big management success bonus for a job well done, so nothing again for shareholders?

I suspect that the raise will not be taken up significantly, and the BOD will take this opportunity to take our cash, paid to them for doing nothing, and invest directly themselves, hence scaling back the Tern holdings. The lifestyle company rolls on to the final act.

I think available stock is a lot lower as over 90% of the IPO stock is management or EIS, and I don’t know any of the EIS investors who have sold as they will lose all of the tax advantages.

Why the continued dumping, some people obviously disagree with you. I thought it was low at 1p, that will be a bag away soon at this rate.

Looks like the selling pressure continues as we continue the downward momentum. There must be something seriously wrong here that a few insiders are discovering about and dumping. I have to admit, I can’t work out what is that badly wrong and it’s almost hot to the point now that it is not worth selling, although something, however small, may be better than zero.

Some big blocks of forward sold warrants will probably arrive in the next 24 hours or so.

Surely it was utter negligence purely done to extend the BOD gravy train by agreeing to make a large ongoing investment in SVV knowing the company did not have the funds to do so. The legal advice the BOD should be checking is if their D&O policy will cover them for any shareholder legal actions against themselves, and not wasting more money on the obvious consequences of their own negligent actions!

Well you have a bit less on it now. I still don’t get how this share is performing so poorly when SVV seems to be going to plan. My gut says the company must be too small to cover its costs so any investment gains are outweighed by Management and listing costs. So on we go to the next discounted raise whenever they next run out of cash. If all the sub scale listed investment companies were amalgamated we might have one half decent one where the costs of running it make sense.
