Yes that was me
Well, I'm in and I think this is Colin Bird's best company right now. Although he has his detractors, he has had some big wins in the past and I have never seen him so excited as he is about this one.
Hopefully we will have an excellent year ahead, but as you say keep your head down and dont worry about day to day movements. It's quite hard to buy many shares without a spike so if you want more we do need some sellers to come out from somewhere.
You only need the share price to rise if you are fundraising to save increased dilution. Costs are minimal as all staff other than head office paid by Demir so no raise required right now so share price can do what it wants.
Clontibret has 500k ounces from 20% of the site limiting it to 1g per ton, so will easily be increased to a decent number and mined in due course. Clay Lake has taken center stage as it has better grades and is a lot larger so the obvious place to start, and once started the other mines will be developed in due course. Conroy owns therights to the whole zonenot just these sites, so multiple JV's could occur as these are mine by mine deals right now.
Mr Deathstranding, I only commented here as there were two requests for comments following the visit. These are my thoughts, not paid for thoughts, from what I saw and I suggest you get on as many shorts as you can if you think I am BS’ing you. I don’t care where the share price goes over the next few months as it will be when Demir pulls the trigger to mine that the action will happen. If you don’t think that will happen please bet against me. One of us will be a winner, and I’m not always correct, take my bet on TERN for example, but I think I am here, only time will tell.
Also don't know anything about any RNS's.
I'm not keeping quiet. Having visited I am very confident that Demir will take this to stage 2 and then 3 as the reserves are a lot larger at Clay Lake than anyone anticipated and more to the point the % of gold within the rocks are multiples of what is required for a profitable mine, even if the gold price was half what it is today.
Would think stage 2 commitment will be in the first half of next year and then we should see a proper re-rate. The other point is that Clay Lake will probably be the first actual mine, with multiple millions of ounces, but that is only one mine part of an entire district, all owned by Conroy. 1g per ton makes a profitable mine, they have numbers up to 123g, and whole zones averaging 10 or so. I feel they could just start mining now rather than finding the ultimate best place to start, as basically anywhere on Clay Lake would work with the grades they have so I suspect Demir will be faster rather than slower in eventually getting into production. I'm no expert though but it looks good to me and I am buying more as this really could be huge and I have seen for myself now that the gold reserves are there. I sneaked two rocks from the 120g outcrop into my bag, so proudly now sitting in my office.
I went.
I think the answer is quite obvious. Sentiment is low because a company where Alex is a large holder has sold off 39m shares over the last four months or so, so it looks like the BOD selling down their holding, and also not declaring these sales for months either, all bad sentiment. However, I suspect these are company sales for other reasons than selling down so I wouldn't personanly put any negative sentiment on it. What it has done though is reduce the price so looks like a buying opportunity to me.
Well, you can't network with them all!
I am not sure your numbers are correct as the warrants are an option to buy the shares at a 30% discount to whatever the price may be at the time so they will get subscribed for and all current shareholders received some. So Wyld has a bunch of cash today and then will receive more on the two warrant payment days and by then should be cashflow positive.
BTW the Chill fund raise was at 4p and I think it is around 6p today, Tern on the other hand may not have been a good bet, but it is all about timing and in a couple of years or so it will have its day.
IMO
800% on the one plant is my maths.
