There it is, the buy order that has been evidently worked this week hence the spread.
I think with the interview it bodes well.
Agreed Howard, a very good interview.
Can the CEO tell us when they start creating revenue and protit?
A short, but good, interview with JS on the Sunday Roast. Worth a listen. Hopefully, it’ll steady the ship and people will regain some faith in his leadership and vision for the company.
Spyonthwall I am simply stating the obvious. The IP is worthless at his point. IP only becomes worth something when it is generating revenue. Unfortunately they are not generating any revenue yet. Their sales will be well under 1 million this year and their cash burn will be around 6 million. That is a 5 million a year loss. They currently have enough money for the next 2 months . This means they either raise money at a big discount like last time or they go bust. The problem here is that they are potentially a great company but they need a huge amount of cash to get there. I simply do not see any way other than the price going dramatically down until a real funding line is sorted. Everything I have stated here is based from black and white on their recently reported accounts. When I invested I didn’t have access to this years accounts but now I do. I am massively underwater here and have wrote the money off because I don’t see any funding line coming. I hope I am wrong though
I really do not think that there should be personal comments on individuals here, perhaps people should look in the mirror and think before the post such comments
These AIM shares are like balloons with holes them, they need to be constantly pumped up with positive news, when there’s no news (air) the balloons deflate.
They have been negotiating this new contract for months and release the news as more “air” required as the sp was at 24p.
As you say robm they must cut costs, departing CFO has presided a 75% wealth destruction to shareholders in the last 6 months, so it’s no wonder his leaving.
Kvcm3 your comment regarding the CEO photo, yes I agree and would recommend THCV which is an appetite suppressant combined with CBD for the food addiction.
That is a very up beat message from the ceo.
Sadly, I could only buy a fraction of what I wanted as I was heavily invested in the Sunday Roast prize pick of COPL, ramped above the clouds with 10p dividend trash talk. I’m too embarrassed to quote how much I lost. I will still invest, DESPITE their involvement.
If you are so down beat, robmasters, why did you invest?
If this is not bullish at these prices, then I don’t know what is:

Pipins they have not got any IP that’s worth anything. No one is going to lend money on any worthless IP .. The only chance they have is if they dramatically increase revenue and do it quick. People will lend against revenue not worthless IP. Granted their licensing is worth something but not that much
Judging by that photo, the CEO needs to research “Metabolic Syndrome”.
Cash flow is reality, so control of costs is up there with controlling one’s diabetes.
Or they need to secure funding to give them enough runway for the next 12 months, in order they can turn these contracts in to revenue.
To my point below:

I would provide secured funding with some a charge on the IP, based on what I see.
Their turnover is still tiny though compared to their spend. They need to cut their spend by 75% to have a chance of lasting the next 6 months.
It’s another valuable contract, to add to the other valuable contracts. At this rate, they will be able to access project debt at reasonable rates of interest. Then it’s full speed ahead. Well, not speed, but you know what I mean.
Happy to have bought in last Friday.
:-))
I would presume, that the Valeos JV unlocks a lot of these LoIs.
Interesting to note there are a few short CFDs on IG.
Per the RNS they start supplying under it from 2025, hence why the Valeros JV is so important.
It sounds like they have a pile of LoIs waiting to be inked.
Based on price to future earnings (like most NASDAQ stonks) it is significantly under valued. The elephant in the room being funding, but if they get that sorted then this has a lot of upside.
IMVHO
Typical CEL RNS. No detail. From what facility will this contract be supplied from. The UK factory do not currently have the capacity.
Spy , I’ve been there and seen it, the opposite of what you state, maybe do a little research, start with Humboldt county . https://youtu.be/gDzA49Ao9ug?si=PixlvNLkk1WfKt7i
Sorry but just simply is not true. Some of the largest medical cannabis providers globally originated in USA, where the market has had literally 15-20 years head start, the most popular one operating in the UK is a company called Curaleaf - which believe it or not is American.
To suggest involved businesses and organisations in USA are just weed farmers is laughable.
Celadon, who don’t even make their own genetics, have arrived 15 + years later and apparently no one is doing it like them. Pull the other one please.
None of the US states make it to clinical standards. The simply have weed farms and at best grow it on a mixture of dirt and Rock wool. Not quite the same. CEL have supplied their HMRA standard samples to US Pharma for trials under FDA jurisdiction. Theirs is a weed industry. Quite different.
Hi Simon,
Must say I raised an eyebrow when reading that also - again, minimal information provided, but at what benefit would a USA based company have importing from uk when it has a ripe domestic market with bargain bucket prices (due to the over supply you mentioned).
Investors want a return and someone has to stump up for all the cash burn 12k/day for the next two years min before any profit horizon can be seen and that’s if everything goes to plan.
Obviously what CEL are doing is a Nobel cause and helping patients as the ceo keeps saying, I do donate to charity but here to invest with a view to get a return.
Free Shares dished out to directors and staff (which they are selling) .ceo on 250k/year.
The facilities should be impressive after 50 million capex ?
Only 63k revenue for first six months 2024 ? Doesn’t cover costs for a week ?
European contract, how much money are CEL actually making, if any, when valeos have capex, do all the work, in a country with higher costs.
Supply to US when they big oversupply problems ?
More capex required for Phase2 ?
Sector not currently in favour for investment.
Can’t see CEL being here this time next year.
Couldn't agree more Mr.P. Not sure about the last comment about JS, though! It's been a disaster over the past year or two. The BOD have totally screwed up, been naive in the extreme and trashed the company's share price whilst taking huge salaries.
