Morning - IMO the only thing stopping this being in high .2s to .3s is the gov approval of the Chevron Deal and the current cash balance. both of these are process and a time activity. I see this as a good intial 3-6 month play to just sit back and wait. Chevrom worth at least 0.5p a share alone on their investment for the 60% , so take half off, ignore any farm out of OFF 2 and fully funded and its still worth alot more.. so will Uraguay Approve? - I dont think ive ever seen a AIM Oiler farm in with a Major the hasnt been approved by the Gov's? not in 20 years that i can think off , even in highly political countires/ Issues. but there will always be doubt in the minds of punters - so for me its just sit back and wait - I wouldnt waste my time petty arguing on these boards, not worth the brain space - GLA
Totally agree, just abit fed up of seeing this 0.15
Hi GMS aka M&W (In my mind anyway) - Good Post.
Think you are pretty much on the money there.
I still think this shar is in play and indeed 2 of my previous references thereto have been removed!
Still think there is suppression going on judging by the share activity daily as previously referenced.
If I'm right then post 22/5 the brakes will be off and hopefully we see the move to your referencve points.

Oh bore off Nas - where are you finding these 29 subscriber videos LOL
Briggsy - as you drew my attention to it I did watch and enjoyed - plenty of pictures so can appeal to challenged audiences - try not to be repelled by facts!
I bet you did enjoy it - says a lot. Do you believe others are daft enough to be duped by this nonsense.
Briggsy - duped means some deception is evident- just point to any facts that were wrong in that video!
JB, as a non shareholder please clarify "nonsense". I bet you can't. Any chance of you giving a reasonable argument for and against the investment case?
Thanks for posting NAS - a bit monotone - but worth listento over the rubbish on here.

Nice video @Nas, thanks for sharing.
Always nice to be reminded of just how many super majors see the opportunity here.

So reading the RNS again... this point about consolidation is really interesting
"(subject to prior completion of an agreed share consolidation) the Charlestown loan shall convert into new ordinary shares in the Company, on a basis which will result in Charlestown holding a c. 8.7% shareholding, and thus making Charlestown one of the Company's largest shareholders."
basically they wont lose anything at all while us current holders can be diluted to hell until then... is my understanding correct ?
No mate, you're wrong. It's one consolidation, your share price goes up your holding goes down. Relax.

Meanwhile the SP falls away bit by bit…. Nothing to see here.
But my point was ... if there are any new issue of shares they will not be affected but we will...
That would take a placing ie issue of shares for capital and after the recent Farm in agreement I believe that this is not going to be a near term issue. Also CEG have stated that they will use the farm in money to develop area 3 potential as they did with Area 1 so we may eventually gain a farm out investment there. Bringing on board Juggernaughts like Chevron give us Credence and will speed up drills and development which we still retain a 40% interest in. Yes this share remains a gamble but the risk reward is good value if you do not need your capital near term
That will not happen.
RE: new issue of shares
Yes believe Willec… he’s only wrong 100% of the time
I am not wrong - you are just impatience. For example last year I said a farm out will happen and it did. We will drill in Uruguay, but not tomorrow.
Patience is a virtue.
Hi Interestking = Ahhh M+W Should have fell in on that one - Certainly a nod to them, but is a homage to my first 10 bagger - Rensola (Solar Wafers)
Wrong. Farm out hasn't happened.
