It was a pun faultsman, I know I work for openreach and I won’t get into a slanging match .
Missed the pun, just read it exactly as you wrote it.
Lional,
I have disagreements with the majority of people on here. I try my best to be respectful and have very rarely resorted to abuse. I do not call those disagreeing me "idiot" "village fool"vor "nutter" or have ever used racial and ethnic slurs suggesting that others or Eastern European.
Fleccy,
Your suggestion the BT's share price performance is connected to foreign money leaving UK stocks is without basis. A significant number of my holdings are in UK stocks and the majority of them are very close to their all time high. I can only think of a handful of stocks that have performed as disastrously as BT. Most like Astra Zeneca, Diageo, JD Sports , Ocado and Unilever to name but a few are doing just fine. I would even go so far to suggest that you might even consider investing part of your BT dividends in one of those companies. In summary BT's share price has nothing to do with Brexit, Corbyn the weather but everything to do with market confidence.
You all mention that stating that BT has reached a new low has become boring. I could not agree more.
Lioanalkipper, I see you suffer the same confusion the majority of the population do, BT and Openreach are two different company's, you do not work for BT anymore, you work for and are employed by Openreach , you don't work for BT and Openreach, you may have a BT pension due if your lucky, and now you work for Openreach you will also have your retirement savings club money, that is hopefully worth more than you paid in, if your really lucky.
"I will await his and lamtrees insulting comment ."
Just ignore them, BT's decline has little to do with the business and a lot to do with foreign money leaving UK stocks, in my opinion. Once Brexit is out of the way and sterling finds it's post Brexit stable level, just watch the Tsunami of cash come flooding back into the UK market and I believe it will happen irrespective of Deal, or No Deal. I'm just carrying on buying up Lloyds, BT and Vodafone and shutting out the peripheral noise from the financial commentators. It makes me laugh when the articles give business case reasons for the current price declines, when it's clearly related to investor cash outflows from the UK. Once Brexit is out of the way, the vultures and value hunters will move in looking for easy meat and the algo's will magnify upwards. All this is just my opinion, but it's what makes most sense to me. I've seen posts from others mentioning foreign investment pulling out of UK stocks, so i'm not alone, but I don't see many speculating that cash will flood back over a period of months post Brexit, we'll see if i'm right.
If you were talking an Aero bar I might understand that but frankly a dairy milk bar just isn’t worth it.
Hi Lionalkipper, nice rant, or was it a question, not sure. Good job.
BluePete. Apparently he kept saying the dairy milks in the vending machine would only be there for 1 more week as Cadbury's were going bankrupt. He kept up that charade for a whole year before he was chopped. He goes mad at the site of BT van or a Cadbury's dairy milk bar.
"If I am correct every week there is a new low."
Good, means i'll get more for my divi reinvestment in September, happy days.
Sacked by BT?? I’m told that’s not an easy thing to achieve?
Faultsman, I know Avrohom personally. His name is Ryan Jenkins. He was sacked by BT a while back and has had a vendetta ever since. His mental health has deteriorated significantly since so don't go too hard on him please.
Avrohm, thanks for the running commentary. Shares are down, BT are useless, et cetera, have you ever considered you come across as a somewhat self righteous frightful bore. No need for a reply of any form, just thought I would pop in and let you know my feelings, just like you do, on a daily basis, over and over. I bought more shares today, lots a shares, hope you dont mind.
Seems to be the same price behaviour as VOD which on the mast sales news spiked from 132 to 156 over 2 days and now holding around 150
Dont blame the mesenger.
Believe me if I could find anything positive I will say it.
This share is now reaching new lows on a daily basis.
Avro. If you have nothing positive to say about BT and don’t hold shares why comment.
Appears you have a vendetta against the company.
Work for a competitor or sacked ex employee by any chance.
A new low.
WELL I DID TELL YOU SO!!! BT is total crap
Business as usual. FT sharply up and BT collapsing.
If I am correct every week there is a new low.
