Perhaps best not to sell at this price then. Apparently it’s not compulsory to sell right now and assuming you haven’t been a fool and invested money you can’t afford you then get the upside of the 15p dividend which I think is what fleccy keeps telling you he’s doing. Another upside is- assuming you haven’t been a fool and invested money you can’t afford- you have the added bonus that if sometime in the future the SP goes up and you feel like having a bit of a binge you can sell some (but mind out for the tax man)! Everyone’s a winner! What’s not good about that?
Please press. You know in a week you'll be on here whinging about how crap BT are and how you knew the shares would go down again. (caveat: I don't have a clue what direction they'll take and my advice is based on zero commercial logic or interest).
I thought this was all about ensuring democracy, people who really believe in that aren’t about trying to shut other people up. Personally I’m delighted you’ll be able to wear your bojo pyjamas round the care home now rather than those faded maggie t ones. And actually I’ve always been adverse to brussels, particularly at xmas.
The funniest thing I heard last week was you little lam banging on about how sorry you’ve felt for yourself for the last 30 years as there’s been no-one good enough for you to vote for since maggie t got booted out. Comedy gold! That’s why I’m here.
Wow! What a barrel of fun you are littlelam. Call the fun police! There’s people out there who haven’t burdened themselves with enough kids, mortgages and bill! Let’s dismiss the value of their views and label them all as childish. Why should anyone be anything other than a bitter old never been who is such a sad and lonely old fart that at 5 in the morning they need to try to convince people who aren’t the slightest bit interested that they’re something other than a boring nobody.
Really interesting profile of Conservative voters by age with almost straight line from 19% of 18-24 year olds to 62% of 65+. Seems rather like younger people generally have a different outlook and set of values and priorities. Perhaps you just need to be patient Aus.
Agree with your sentiments TLW. Unfortunately whoever prevails at this election has only had to convince the majority that they’re marginally less likely to do damage than a very poor alternative option. However did the bar get so low?!
I know you mean well with your post NDN and I appreciate your efforts to promote a more rational view but I think it will be a worse day for all of us when there is no-one left questioning and challenging dishonesty, those that seek to deceive and would lower the moral standards of our nation in pursuit of personal gain. Frankly Johnson, Corbyn, leave, remain is just the symptom in my mind. It's the underlying implications for society that are important for our future and our children's. Just saying 'you lost now shut up and accept what they say' leaves us dangerously open to further decline .
How exciting! Not only is Peggy ‘£5 by xmas’ Mitchell back but he’s only gone and jumped into bed with ‘they’re the worst buy ever’ littlelam. What a magnificent pair (whoops!). Delighted for you guys that you’ve found someone to partner with so you can finally fulfil your lifelong ambition of forming your very own krankies tribute band. Just a shame you never found each other whilst you still had a bit of hair and you’re own teeth but great that you’ll now have someone to swap your boiled sweets with.
